安德森希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Anderson)

辦理入住很快；然而，櫃檯在她離開繼續電話交談時沒有解釋在哪裡可以找到電梯，所以我們跟著其他進來的人。位置太棒了。雖然靠近州際公路，但汽車的聲音並不令人討厭。他們指出信用卡將被保留用於雜費，但沒有解釋那是什麼。不確定房間裡的水和/或咖啡是免費的還是收費的，所以我們什麼都沒喝。床和枕頭很舒服，遮光窗簾很完美。以後肯定還會再來的。飯店的入口非常幹凈、舒適和溫馨。

The onside restaurant was fabulous! All staff was great! Will definitely rebook and recommend both.

I had water drip on my head by the elevator as soon as I got there. Not a huge deal but when I book a room I pay more because I like the to stay at a upper level hotel so I don’t really expect to have that happen when I could have booked a room across the stress for half the price. I really like Hilton hotel, I’ve been a rewards member for years and have never had a problem but this bed was horrible. Worst hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. You must have a lot of complaints about this, I’ve been to Iraq and slept in a shipping container so I’m not a really fussy person so for the bed to be bad enough for me to repair to this request It was bad

Beds were comfy. Spacious and clean. Will stay again! Bit of road noise on the highway side of the hotel but didn't bother us too much.

Amazing friendly staff, the store in the lobby can be pricey for some but everything was nice and smooth and relaxing.

The stay would have been great but the toilet kept backing up. The staff's solution was to bring a plunger and leave at the door.

We had a wonderful time in South Carolina. The staff at the hotel were more than informative about antique shops around the area.

Check in was a breeze, all staff were very friendly. Restaurant / bar had full service. Will stay again next time in the area.

I would not waste your money on this facility. The lobby looks nice but as soon as you talk to the employees you’ll notice it’s not so nice. The employee who assisted me with signing did not go over anything, they assume if signs are up people will read them. All the employee did was explain how to get to my room, did not go over breakfast timing, when pool opened closed, and when checkout was. As soon as I went to my room it smelled like mildew, the sheets smelt unclean. We requested a king bed, we were given a double bed, we also only received 1 towel for two people and two nights, the shower head was disgusting and did not how good water, the pin on the tub spout did not pull up all the way and still left water in the tub, the shower head did not have good pressure, and the floor is too slippery. When I went to ask for more towels both employees were on their phone, one asked if I received any more towels after housekeeping went around, they did not go around and I explained I only had 1 towel for 2 people. The employee advised she had to ask…ASK for permission to get more towels. When we put stuff in the mini fridge it was not cool and did not keep anything cool after changing settings. When going to checkout this couple was standing waiting for assistance, the employee was on the phone ignoring them.
