安娜貝爾海灘度假村(Annabelle Beach Resort)

Ostrzegam wszystkich!!! Nie jedzcie tam! My musieliśmy po 1 dniu podjąć ewakuację - grzyb, pleśń, syf, a klimatyzacja miałam na wierzchu przyciski co zagrażało życiu! Szafa w środku syf, sejf na klucz! Ten hotel może miał 5* ale 50 lat temu! Nikt tego syfu ani nie pilnował ani nie sprzątał! Ten hotel to słabe 3*. Telefon do recepcji brudny od lat i nieczynny nie mieliśmy nawet z kim się skontaktować. Restauracja uciapana, syf na stołówce. Poprosiliśmy TUI o natychmiastową ewakuację TUI zaproponowało nam inny hotel 5* dopłaciliśmy i uciekliśmy stamtąd po 1 nocy! Rezydentka TUI tragedia, pani stwierdziła że hotel jest ok i że cytuję „to nie Turcja i nie ma fontann z czekolady”… Na wakacje jeździmy z TUI od lat i jesteśmy w szoku że dają taki obiekt swoim klientom, wstyd!

Très bonnes vacances avec des rencontres inoubliables, Lou Anne ❤️ (animatrice Fram) et Giannis ❤️ (barman), gros coups de coeur! Vous me manquez 🫶 L'hôtel est sympa, propre et bien situé. Les employés sont très gentils et disponibles. Des très bons moments passés dans cet hôtel !

Molto bello l'hotel staff molto bravo soprattutto l'animazione ( Alpitour e pinkwave) non ci sono stati spettacoli serali a causa del palco inagibile, migliorabile il cibo non molto ottimo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cet hôtel à 2 couples. A notre arrivée, 2h du matin, nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir nous restaurer et boire une bière. L'hôtel est magnifique, face à la mer, très propre, chambres spacieuses. Les buffets sont corrects, la majorité du personnel est très sympa, particulièrement Marina au bar de la piscine. Beaucoup de loueurs de voitures à l'extérieur de l'hôtel moins chers .

Nice hotel and apartments but has issues. Lots and lots of steps everywhere,so no good if you have mobility issues or prams. Apartments clean and spacious, comfy bed. Food OK typical AI drink a bit pants as usual with AI entertainment very poor but was early April. My main issue with the entertainment was, there are two team. The pink wave team who were all lovely,friendly and inclusive of everyone, and the fram team who seemed to be there solely for the French. Was annoyed they did a quiz totally in French and ignored every other nationality there.also apparently had a beach party that only the French were invited to,which I thought very unfair. Beach is lovely and sunbeds comfy, but it is not sand. Its like fish tank gravel. There is nothing outside of the hotel. Either 45min walk or taxi to hersonissos where all the shop and harbour are. Overall had a lovely holiday as weather was really good, but definitely would NOT stay there again.

Let’s start by saying that the staff are fantastic they are friendly and helpful and very welcoming.The food was excellent there was a lot of variety of choices.The resort itself was a bit tired and needed a bit of TLC could have done with a bit of a paint job in most places of seating, our room wash basin in bathroom the plunger for the waste not working, cupboard doors hanging on hinges, patio door not locking I could have called maintenance but it wasn’t an issue. This resort is not good if you are disabled or have walking difficulties as it’s 63 steps from lower level to the lobby bar and restaurant. There was no information on any excursions or trips from the hotel to be found anywhere. Overall I personally would say this resort should be a 3 star plus not a 5 star . Kostas in the pool bar was brilliant couldn’t have been more helpful than what he was .

Nous y avons séjourné du 12 au 22 avril 2024. Pour un 5 étoiles, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel un peu vétuste par rapport à l'hotel que nous avions fait l'année précédente. Mais nous avons très vite oublié tout cela avec l'équipe d'animation!!un grand plus pour cet établissement! Redouane, Mehdi, Jade et Louane merciii. Nous avons été très touchés par votre implication, votre écoute et beaucoup d'autre chose envers nous et nos enfants. Nous comptons même revenir très bientôt dans cet hôtel (si l'équipe au complet est présente biensûr). Un avis également très positif pour Dimitri le serveur du bar de la piscine. Pour résumé: je recommande. Merci encore
