Anissaras飯店

4 adults currently in the middle of our stay here...we leave on the 10th June. The first night and day we were so happy to have booked this (a special treat for my 40th birthday and belated honeymoon). Reception and check in was smooth, we were shown our rooms (the other couple got fruit and wine...we had only soft drinks in our room which was a little hiccup.) Day 1 despite not being able to get a sunbed at any pool or on the beach we had the most delightful food at Candia restaurant in the evening on my birthday. We did find our first day hard...everything is a qr scan...all menus, directories, map etc...you do have to figure everything out for yourself...and the rest of the time you get revered to concierge. there's also no info on hotel entertainment either...it makes things hard to plan. Day 2 On check in we were told we could book the other 2 restaurants for our dinners..by day 2 EVERY RESTAURANT is fully booked. The main restaurant is lovely, the food is delicious but it's not the same as a restaurant experience where you can dress up for dinner and enjoy the time with loved ones. The eception just told us that the hotel is very busy and that was that...there was a real lack of empathy. It feels like the main directive is to make it as hard as possible for guests to fully take advantage of what is advertised on the website. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a 2 restaurants policy per room. Had we known that you need to book 3 weeks in advance, we would have but even prior emails to the hotel before we arrived took a few days to be replied to. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and the restaurant and bar staff are all wonderful but I doubt we would recommend it to others...far from relaxing, it's been quite hard work.

Two friends and I have just returned from this lovely hotel this week. We found it to be well run by lovely staff who made us feel that nothing was too much trouble...despite it being within days of the end of the season. They all work really hard and keep smiles on their faces constantly. The pool areas were clean and surrounding gardens very attractive. There was always plenty of choices at meal times and the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily. On particular I must mention the staff on reception...who were very helpful whenever we needed them and their faces were always wreathed in smiles...in particular:Eftichia...Maiph and Elena. Λειτουργικές κτηριακές υποδομές, όμορφοι χώροι, άνθρωποι αυθεντικά φιλικοί, με επαγγελματική προσήλωση στους ρόλους και στα καθήκοντά τους. Τις ευχαριστίες μου σε όσους μας παρείχαν την υποστήριξή τους κατά την διεξαγωγή του διημέρου σεμιναρίου μας, με ιδιαίτερη μνία στην κυρία Μαρία που εργάζεται στο κομμάτι του μπαρ και των υπηρεσιών εστιατορίου! Τα συγχαρητήριά μου στην διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου.

非常糟糕的入住，房間又小，餐品又難吃 預訂的套房 不管是否是套房，至少麪積不是預訂頁面上顯示的32~36平方米。 在牀上是看不到電視的。 沙發老舊，一種臟兮兮的感覺。 注 花是自己買的，提高一點心情，酒店預防，無法退款，無法換酒店。總之這個酒店不會再住了，與五星而言，徒有虛名，比雅典憲法廣場的NJV plaza 酒店還貴，人家28平米的房間看著比32平米的都寬敞許多。 酒店餐廳的餐品很一般，早餐太差，5樓的餐廳也是難吃，奶油意麵都做得那麼難吃，還咸死人 通過前台預訂租車300歐元 給安排了一個超級破車，還要求提前付錢，看到車，無語。 總之，這個酒店不值得入住， 也不是五星酒店的水準。

我們剛剛在米西斯拉古納住了四晚,迫不及待地想回去。我們住在皇家套房,這完全是揮霍和完全美妙的。但整個物業設計得很好,所以每個房間都方便一切。步行池客房和海景客房看起來也很棒。即使我們沒有預訂晚餐,度假村也已訂滿,禮賓部爲我們提供了我們想要的預訂。我們最喜歡的是克里特餐廳 - 食物很棒,我們的服務(6月15日星期四非常出色!!!)。主餐廳(自助餐)也非常好,即使在高峯時段,我們從未等待過幾分鐘的座位。難以置信!我們也喜歡深夜自助餐供應到凌晨4點,還有一個深夜酒吧 - 我們從來沒有起牀那麼晚,但我們確實在第一晚午夜到達,很高興能吃熱的食物!中央游泳池是加熱的,絕對喜歡游泳。座位滿滿的,但我們仍然總是能夠在每次出現時遇到障礙。海灘就在財產的邊緣,華麗 - 如果實際游泳有點波濤洶涌!海灘邊的食物車雖然很棒,我們每天都打它。我們也喜歡游泳池邊的冰淇淋店。您可以在酒店辦公桌租車一天或更輕鬆 - 大約60歐元,我們開車30分鐘參觀諾索斯宮,欣賞沿途的沿海景色。我們的女兒也非常喜歡魔術表演(魔術師羅科的榮譽!)和真正偉大的拱廊。這是一個夢幻般的度假村。儘管這是一個很大的財產,但你總是遠離你需要的一切,永遠不會感覺自己是人羣的一部分。從字面上每個人的服務都很棒。我正在從機場寫這篇文章,我們坐在這裏計劃下一個米西斯假期。強烈推薦。

住了15晚,絕對的愉悅。接待、餐廳/早餐區、少女/客房服務等出色的工作人員,非常友好、真誠、愉快和樂於助人。早餐特別令人愉快,豐盛的自助風格。可愛的安靜的花園區外以及內部的用餐。降低市中心停車費,赫拉克利翁中心或海濱長廊2分鐘步行。只是輝煌的全園。感謝所有工作人員,一個適合任何類型的訪問的絕佳基地。不管官方評級怎麼說,我們都要五星。

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in July 2022. There were eight of us in total so two families. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the middle of Heraklion, opposite the bustling square with its wonderful with its Artisan stalls which are worth visiting and only a short walk to the shops and wonderful selection of restaurants. Heraklion is a truly bustling and Cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is very close to Heraklion Archaeological Museum and a bus or taxi ride to the beach. It is also not too far from the port you can walk there but we took a very quick taxi due to the heat. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our baggage was taken to our room for us. The reception area is refreshing to walk into from the heat outside and the decor is lovely and very modern with a comfortable seating area. There is a downstairs bar which is very chic with beautiful artwork where you can eat and you can just walk through to the shops outside to have a mooch with is perfect. Our check in process was very smooth and efficient. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 2. We had travelled from Chania by taxi. and were a little early. The gentleman on reception was able to find our group a room to check into while they got our other rooms ready which was very helpful and we did not have to wait too long. We had the economy rooms two different types between us. The ones which have balconies and the ones which are inside but don't have a balcony. The latter were a bit bigger than the ones with the balcony and the children's bed has its own little area which we really liked. The bathroom and room were very clean and the cleaners were very helpful and polite. We had a small fridge all the usual amenities you would expect and the air conditioning always worked well. I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro
