大學南舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites University South)

The staff was very nice. When we arrived and our room did not have the suite with the tub so they gave us a discount to upgrade to the larger room. Breakfast was excellent both mornings.

I inderstand this is college town and some things are out of the control of others. My assigned room had no hot water. I found this out while trying to shower. I attempted to call the feont deak and got no answer. I then went to the front desk where another staff member came to check it and i was moved rooms. Room two shower had mold in the shower unit caulking. I understand this can happen but it should be maintained better by a hotel. The college aged man at the front desk didnt seem to want to be bothered. He had his ear buds and I had to repeat myself after walking to the front desk to complain. The beds were comfortable but for the rates being charged and as many issues it wouldve been njce to have been compensated something back. We did stay because nothing else was available. But partial compensation woudve been appropriate. Next visit I will stay next door at the Hyatt.

The property was clean, and staff was friendly. It is a bit dated though. Had a a comfortable bed and pillows. The Red Roof Inn next to the property looks run down and needs to be painted on the outside.

Great hotel overall. Looked questionable from the outside, but inside was spotless and relatively modernized. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was very nice.

The pool was filthy and cold. Our bedsheets had stains and holes in them. The bathroom was dirty and reminded me of a dungeon, and to top it all off the elevator was broken so we had to carry everything up and down flights of stairs which wasn’t the easiest. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht für ein Football Spiel. Preis war dafür relativ hoch, lag aber wohl an dem Spiel.

Not the most friendly reception once we walked into the place. Noisy . Baseball teams in the hotel. Pool closed someone 💩 in it. Close for days.
