방이 깔끔하고 조식도 주문하는 시스템이라 좋았습니다 카운터 직원분도 친절하시고 다만 시내랑 거리가 좀 있습니다 바로 앞에 몰이 있어서 그것도 좋았어요

This is a very dated hotel with few amenities.. Freezing cold "indoor" pool. Indifferent front desk staff who were unable to accomplish a very simple request. We had decided to stay another day in order to complete our business and believe it or not, we had to come downstairs and check out and check in to the same room. Of course, no maid service is available when staying for two nights.

Quick stay over on a family road trip; was an EXCELLENT experience. Friendly staff at check in; clean, quiet, comfortable room. Gave us much needed rest without any hassles. Located in the middle of shopping and amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Usually no problems here but the room had hair all over the bathroom and the whole floor level was flooded. Tried to relax but then the ceiling leaked all over my face and soaked the bed! Asked for another room or refund and that room must have been cleaned by the same person just a different floor, which smelled like animals.

The stay overall was good until it was time for a shower and there was no running water in tye shower. I told the friendly staff member and he told me they would reimburse me the tax on the room which was aboyt $23.. I believe they knew that they had rented me a room with no running water. THEYNHAD TO KNOW. The ceiling had a whole where it looks like they had been working on it. The breakfast was COLD and it took a while to get hot cakes on the bar.

Staff, especially Doris was not very friendly. Staff didn’t know simple things like where the steps were. Man in the bar should have help. One elevator was out of order and made it slow. Walls were very thin, could hear traffic all night. We were only given 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, extras should be placed in room. Breakfast and coffee wasn’t free and the cost of them both was expensive!

Very clean and pleasant stay. Friendly accommodating staff. Rooms are on darker side, dark motif, A microwave would have been a nice addition to the mini fridge. Great WiFi. Nice breakfast buffet, but at an extra charge of $15. Would absolutely stay again if planning to only eat out and had no real use for microwave. Great location across street from huge mall.
