葛若普帝國飯店(Hotel Imperial Garoupe)

Excellent hôtel niché dans un écrin de verdure. On s'y sent bien. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour relaxant. Les équipes sont très accueillantes et aux petits soins. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu tester le restaurant mais je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Hôtel très bien situé qui donne l’impression d’être coupé du monde. Les équipes sont souriantes et très serviables. Très belle chambre avec une terrasse et vue splendide sur le jardin avec piscine. J’y reviendrai certainement si de retour dans la région.

L'emplacement est fabuleux, le parc est très beau, le cadre est magnifique, mais il y a trop de détails qui font que cet hôtel n'est plus au gout du jour. Les salles de bains ont un joli marbre rose, mais les sanitaires sont vétustes. Difficile d'avoir de l'eau et chaude ! Pas de bureau dans la chambre. Un mobilier qui date. Une literie qui date. Bref tout cela doit être rénové et ce sera un bel endroit. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant dont la cuisine est une merveille.

Очень внимательный персонал!! Отдельно хочется отметить room service (подача вовремя и очень качественное приготовление питания)!! Внимание к проблемам гостей максимальное , и максимальное их решение!!Мы много лет пользуемся этим отелем ! ЭТО ВСЕГДА МАКСИМАЛЬНОЕ ВНИМАНИЕ К ГОСТЯМ!!

Accueil et service horrible. Personnel pas sympa. on accepte le chien et après on vous interdit l'accès au restaurant et à la piscine. très axés sur l'argent mais pas sur la qualité du service. très belle demeure et très bien placée. Dommage mal gérée. Et le gérant s'en fiche qui plus est.

Nice Place, great area (naar the beach), Nice staff, friendly approach. However the “too little” stands for the quality of the Total package. The room is not 5 stars worthy to present standards, the management is not available for special requests during the weekends (in a seasonal hotel?) and extra charge of 10 euro for scrambled eggs with your included breakfast were surprising me, at a daly roomprice of over 500 euro for a standard room! A second visit is unlikely to Happinez in My case.

Great location - lovely pool - slow slow service and over priced for what it is. The food in the restaurant is expensive and amazing - fabulous experience in there. Breakfast takes an eternity (45mins for an omelette) and poached eggs were beyond the chef. Given the price of the rooms (930 euros for a double) the service needs to be significantly improved.

Reception staff / management was subpar - particularly when there was a big problem with our room (foul sulphur odor coming from vents). Made us feel like it was our fault and that they were doing us a favor to move us to a new room. Changed the room rate without telling us until check out. We spent 2 weeks in the south of France at 5-star hotels and this one stands out for poor customer service and nickel & dime-ing its customers. Valet and wait staff were good. Rooms felt dated.

Here for 4 days. Very few facilities for 5 star. Dining is only available in gastronomic restaurant or room service, nothing in between. Would be good to have some sort of more casual dining. Service very slow. Waited 45 minutes at breakfast to be served. Waited 15 minutes for a drink in the evening when the place was quiet. The staff were pleasant but leaderless. My impression is the the management is absent and do not care about the guests who are treated with contempt. Very expensive for such a poor hotel. Would not recommend. How it qualifies for Relais Chateaux is a mystery. Photo shows the breakfast table which had a used cigarette butt on it and which was not cleared for over an hour.
