Excellent, however there were not enough toiletries, everything was “extra charge” Not even water bottles included in the reservation.
Do not recommended the rooms near the entrance. Too noisy.
What I love is the amazing staff, very professional and pleasant. Cleanliness is optimal.
Money exchange was very low compared with other 5 star hotels.

La jardinización del jardín muy linda. La habitación y baño de buen tamaño. La cama, almohadas y ropa de la misma, muy confortable. El servicio de comida a la habitación muy bueno, a excepción que la pizza era de las del tipo congeladas que solo se calientan y que para un hotel de ésta categoría y con un chef que anuncian ser italiano, deja mucho que desear. El precio de los platos en general, un poco sobrevalorados en relación al producto vrs. precio. En general, sí lo recomendaría, y personalmente volvería, por sus instalaciones, atención del personal, limpieza, y excelente ubicación dentro de Antigua.Guatemala

Camino Real Antigua was amazing! The service was second to none and the room was excellent and spacious. You will not regret getting the upgrade to the suite! The breakfast buffet was all very well executed and the food delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Antigua Guatemala.

This is a beautiful property to stay at and would not hesitate to book here again. We enjoyed the jacuzzi for a nice soak while it was raining. The staff is very attentive and friendly and always went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Lots of choices at the on-site restaurant made it easy to stay and eat. Well done..!

Great Hotel! Friendly staff always looking for ways to make stay better. Restaurants are great. Only downside is the pool area. It is very small and there is not enough chairs.
