艾爾亞奈飯店

Très bon hôtel de standing où nous avons pu organiser un séminaire pour une vingtaine de personnes. La salle de réunion est très bien équipée, climatisée et lumineuse. La pause café est très soignée et le déjeuner particulièrement copieux et diversifié. La qualité de service à l'accueil et au restaurant est particulièrement sympathique et efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la climatisation efficace et on y dispose d'un balcon pour lire à la fraiche le soir. J'ai testé la piscine qui est particulièrement agréable. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Good price and comfort living here.

I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best.
