Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the resort facilities. The cabins were perfect for what we were looking for

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Retreat. It is like staying in a cabin in the mountains but without the extra expense of booking and cleaning fees. Also, It is close the Murphys, which has lots of dining options and skiing at Bear Valley.

Nice property. Clean, comfortable & quiet. Clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, & sauna. There's also a small game room & movie room. We went for a couples get away, but will definitely be back with family. The property is close to big trees, national park, Murphy's, Columbia, Jamestown, lots to do in the area. The bar and Grill at the golf course it's nice for a casual meal.

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Retreat. It is beautiful property. We found plenty of things to do in this remote area. There are a lot of steps. The units need updated. The unit we had was quite large. The staff is wonderful.

The facility is a bit too far from the national parks. It is okay if people just want to lounge around and play golf, but not for active travelers. The unit we got, was old. Had smell of old/humidity, which took 3 days to make it bearable, after keeping the windows open. Worn out furniture and broken blinds.

First I want to say that the property itself is beautiful and for the most part staff were helpful and friendly. In fact we hope to visit the property again. My middle of the road marks are because many of the amenities were not available - hot tub, sauna and gym. The gym being closed is mentioned on the website, however there was no mention of the other two. It was also not mentioned at check in. I saw a posted sign on the pool door about the hot tub. Which prompted me to ask about the sauna because it was a cold weekend and something we intended to utilize. The post is also a bit misleading showing photos of “trails” that don’t exist on property. It’s fine if you have to go to them, but there is no indication of that. I would suggest revising the post to take out photos of trails or better label them. But as I mentioned, regardless, it’s a beautiful little spot and one we hope to go back to when the amenities are all running!

Very friendly staff, quiet setting with a nice water feature outside the unit, nice kitchen amenities.

What a great family accommodation! Room to spread out, a lovely deck and warm welcoming fireplace. Private and quiet.

Excellent place for a home base. The place was perfect for our family and having a full kitchen was incredibly helpful. This was our second vacation staying here and it was even better this time. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool and pool table added to our family fun. Would definitely recommend.
