Usually my stays at this hotel over the past several years have been great but my last visit was the complete opposite. Room was quite close to front counter so every time an email came in, the notifications sounded off along with all the racket of early morning breakfast prep. Don’t get a room next to a jacuzzi if you’re a light sleeper … guests were in it all night long and early morning emitting sounds of washing machine. First night in, woman checking in was aggressive, unprofessional, and RUDE! Began interrogating me about my service animals, practically yelling snide comments down the hall at me. No guest staying at any hotel should ever be treated so poorly. GM has always been pleasant, even tried to find me another room but everything was sold out. After very little sleep for two days, finally just checked out a day early.
