Nice hotel good location

You're paying for the location. Nothing spectacular about the rooms, very few amenities. No place to get food or snacks after 11. Additional parking fees. It was 35* when we were there, yet they wouldn't turn on the outside sitting area heaters. Will definitely not be staying here again.

We were traveling with our dogs and found the Renaissance was pet-friendly. The room on the "pet floor" was super clean and we could not hear people/pets even when they were next door. We would highly recommend staying here with or without pets.

The stay started out with the most uncomfortable reaction from the valet. It really comes down to the first person that you meet in the hotel as accommodating as everyone else was in the hotel the valet really set the mood and I would have to give this hotel a zero star.

The hotel was fine, but I found it offensive that this hotel obviously censored a specific news channel over others. Confirmed. I will support or stay here again.

Very clean convenient hotel in Asheville. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cost for parking was exorbitant. Other than that no complaints. Would stay here again

This hotel was great, but the only I didn't like is no microwaves in their rooms, You have to walk all the way to the basement every time you want use the microwave what a inconvenience,

Great stay for a weekend in Asheville. Highly recommend. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for walking to all the fun places downtown.

This is an older property. The staff were friendly. The rooms are on the smaller side. Parking is easy and we walked to dinner each night.
