阿斯彭梅多斯度假村(Aspen Meadows Resort)

We could not control the temperature of our room and had a miserable night being too hot. We had to leave the next day and abandon our second night. They offered a different room but the issue was their new HVAC system so I didn’t think another room would help. Trying to get a refund for the second night that we couldn’t use and have called several times.

We stayed for two nights and we are definitely coming back. The king junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The rooms are spacious. Enjoyed the property, our room was facing the river so it was very pleasant in the night with the sound of nature. Great property for taking a stroll in the nearby riverside trail. The staff was very helpful with our luggage as parking garage was a little far from our room. The shuttles to the town was very convenient.

So much good! It is all new. You can open the lower windows and hear the river and get fresh cool air. Tons of awesome lighting and plug ins for all your electronic gadgets. Fridge. Dishes, glasses, and silverware. You can open the back doors and sit outside! Deluxe towels and bathrobes. Lots of room! Needs more bathroom storage. Better toilet. Remove glass shelf in shower. More water pressure. Need more shuttles. Need “quiet after 9pm” signs. People will walk by in the morning hours making a lot of noise. Plato’s is way too expensive.

Parking was a long walk and in a poorly lit underground carpark with no clear path to reception. The food on offer was not at all to my taste with very odd choices on the menu. The room was very nice and well presented.

Lovely room redo. However, there are a few punch list items for room 604: -bathroom faucet farthest from room door is spraying out. -Need grab bar in shower. -Need makeup mirror in bathroom. -Need towel bars in bathroom.

Our suite was spacious and modern. Bed was comfortable. The staff made a world of difference in our experience. Extremely helpful and friendly and responsive. I would choose this over the Ritz if I go back.

We checked out early and had to pay for a second hotel as this hotel was terrible . We had to walk in the snow to and from our roomand they were not table to give us ride

The property grounds are stunning! The hike with art around the property is a must. The view from our room was fabulous. The staff at the front desk were not friendly with the exception of Austin. It is difficult to navigate the property so make sure you clarify directions. The restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating. The resort is under construction so that is a bit disruptive. Overall it was a great experience, worth 4 stars!

Is not what you looked in pictures when you arrive. In pictures is modern and in person is so different (not modern). Also you have to walk a lot for your room, not comfortable. I could pay same for a better hotel
