阿斯彭旅館(The Inn at Aspen)

The hotel has a great feel walking in & the staff was very pleasant!! The room we had was GREAT very clean and cozy wish the stay was longer!! One AWESOME feature is our room was located on the parking lot side and had a door we could access the parking lot directly. So you were able to come and go without disturbing other guests or having to walk through the lobby area. The food at the bar/resturant on site was also great. If they are offering the Apple Cobbler…do yourself a favor and order it….DELICIOUS!

I think the Inn at Aspen has to work at fixing the problem areas. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work the phone didn’t work and the staff definitely needs more training. The Restaurant was very nice, great food. And the hotel was clean. Just need to fix and update the essentials. And update for the cost of the hotel it should have been much nicer.

The Inn at Aspen is a lodging for the Buttermilk ski resort. We stayed at the inn in late September, during the off season. As a result, our impression may not be characteristic of the place. Nevertheless, this is an excellent facility. Our room was set up for four guests - two on a king bed and two on a pull-out couch. Their was a nicely appointed kitchen area with glasses, plates, a fridge, microwave and a table with two benches. The bed was a touch soft but of recent vintage. No complaints there. The lobby is impressive and inviting. The inn restaurant also was inviting, and the food offered was good. There is even a guest laundry facility. The inn is located just outside of Aspen proper, near the airport. But transportation is provided, and the location is just a mile or so from the Maroon Bells shuttle center. Finally, if all of that is not enough, the inn's prices in the off season are better than anywhere else in the area. Highly recommend in the off-season.

I was not greeted when I came to check in, I was only met with “ID.” My response was, really, no hello, no welcome. He claims he said hello, he did not. Then when I handed him my ID he returned it by setting it on the counter as opposed to handing it back to me. He appeared to try to redeem himself by explaining the shuttle and services at the hotel but the feeling of disappointment lingered. After a long drive and looking forward to my stay this really left me disappointed. On the plus side, the room was very clean and modern, the free shuttle service to town and tour venues can’t be beat. Parking is convenient and there is a restaurant on sight.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and we couldn’t be happier! The hotel is conveniently located between Aspen and Maroon Bells. The hotel offers shuttle services to and from both places, which is super convenient! Our room is very clean and spacious! Bed was very comfortable! The BBQ restaurant is also awesome, food is delicious! We definitely will be back if we are in the area! Thanks!

From the front desk to the lobby to the room absolutely fantastic. Stellar front desk staff (shout out to Paz in the morning and Chris on evenings). Recently has gone through a complete renovation. Room is super comfortable and well equipped. Restaurant very good. Great atmosphere. We will happily be back.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. It's hard to find words to adequately describe the deplorable conditions I encountered. The bathroom, I kid you not, resembled a science experiment gone horribly wrong. The walls were adorned with a colorful assortment of mold and mildew, thriving in their unchecked reign. The toilets, evidently untouched by cleaning staff for a geological epoch, were a sight that could only be described as nightmarish. And then there were the sheets, or what was left of them. Stains of mysterious origin and vintage adorned every inch of fabric, forming a grotesque tapestry of neglect. It was abundantly clear that these linens hadn't seen the inside of a washing machine for a very, very long time. The pièce de résistance, however, was the overpowering stench that enveloped the entire space. It was as if the room had been marinating in the odorous remnants of countless previous guests' detritus. It was a scent that clung to your clothes and hair, an olfactory assault that defied the imagination. I implore anyone considering staying here to reconsider. This establishment not only fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene but also poses a genuine threat to your health and well-being. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for accommodations. Your peace of mind and physical health are far too valuable to be jeopardized by this nightmarish excuse for a hotel.

I had an emergency come up and wasn't able to check in. I called the hotel and said I wouldn't be able to stay there because of a personal emergency and asked if they could provide even a minimal refund. The front desk person said yes, but then after checking with a manager, said they couldn't give a refund because I had booked the reservation "through a third party". (*******). I guess that means maybe I would have gotten some money back if I hadn't used *******. I may never use ******* again. Very disappointing.

Main reasons: fauly smoke/carbon monoxide detector!!! ( bugs, furniture, noise) The biggest problem was safety maintenance. In the middle of the night, the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm went off, waking all of us up. We thought our lives were at risk. After a careful inspection, it seemed as though everything was alright. However, an hour later, the alarm went off once again, waking all of us up. We contacted the front desk to see what they could do about this. We were told the maintenance tech won't be available until 7am which meant we had to fix the problem ourselves. This is a serious health and safety issue that the front desk decided to ignore and pass the responsibility onto its residents. A broken smoke/carbon monoxide alarm could be very dangerous in a real emergency, and the front desk chose to ignore this. No matter how great the views seem to be, do not stay here for your own safety and the attitude of the front desk to such concerns.
