雅典摩登公寓(The Athenians Modern Apartments)

I absolutely loved this place. The rooms were decorated so nicely. Everything was clean. I had my own private balcony which was amazing as it was facing the Acropolis. The building was easy to access. Each unit had a color and city theme. Check in was smooth. The AC systems worked so good. Great little kitchen. The Syntagma Metro station was 2 blocks away. Super convenient to and from the airport and to the center of town. About 4 coffee shops around the corner and plenty of walkable restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Athens.

Posizione fantastica, appartamento ampio e dotato di tutte le comodità. Terrazzo fantastico! Personale disponibile e gentilissimo! Stra consigliato! La cucina è gia completa di pentole, posate e piatti!

Beg bugs !!!! They are infested ! We went to spent one night in Athens and chose this hotel which was really well noted on all platforms. At 11pm, my sister saw a bed bug, therefore we checked all the beds and all of them were infected. (And with the size of the insect and the number of them, they have been there for a long time!!!) We called the establishment and they did nothing to help. We needed to find an hotel at midnight and the only one available are the most expensive. So lost 500€ and might return with infected clothes!!! The establishment cancelled our reservation on booking so we cannot add comments. This is not ok, please don’t go there. We called the owner and they were aware of the issue.

Se comunicaron antes muy amables. Y el departamento es súper completo, excelente vista a la Acrópolis con balcón, aires acondicionados en todos los espacios, e inmejorable ubicación para todo. Gracias a Andreas por todas sus indicaciones y predisposición.

Highly recommend these fabulous apartments! The owners are easily contactable and incredibly helpful. It is in easy walking distance to Plaka, the metro and the tram. Loads of lovely restaurants and all the historic sites in easy reaching distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lots of extra amenities. The balcony has good views and the air con is a blessing. Highly recommend!

Si quieres pasar unos días en Atenas con una excelente calidad-precio, este es tu sitio. Allá van los pros y contras de mi estancia en The Athenians Modern Apartments Pros 😊 - El encargado, Andreas, es un tipo agradable, servicial, educado y te facilita tu estancia en todo momento. - Tiene todas las ventajas de un apartamento y con ciertos servicios propios de hotel. - Localización muy buena, si llegas en metro del aeropuerto, lo tienes a solamente dos minutos andando. - Decoración y diseño muy modernos. Muebles, electrodomésticos y acabados completamente nuevos. - Precio muy similar a otras opciones por la zona. Contras😩 - Quizás que no haya lavadora en la habitación (creo que las que hay son compartidas) Si vuelvo a la tierra de los yogures y los templos, vuelvo a este sitio. Le doy un 10/10 ¡Espero que os sirva! 😃

I have to give them 5 stars. The place is immaculate. Super cute and super clean. Central location. We all know that means noisy. If you want an apartment and you want location location location, this is the place. Be prepared for neighborhood noise though. There is always a trade off. The staff is off the hook polite and eager to please. We loved it.
