good stay , on going construction opposite the hotel, limited parking - have to park in the facility next door if you return to the hotel late.

O hotel era bom, limpo e confortável. Funcionários simpáticos e café da manhã muito bom. Só deixou a desejar quanto ao serviço de house keeping, pois ficamos 5 noites e o quarto só foi arrumado uma vez.

Upon checking in we learned that the room we had reserved had been given away so we were downgraded with no refund. We also had a surprise $100 refundable security fee we had to pay for that was not mentioned in booking, and also was not utilized at other Hampton Inn properties we had stayed at the week before. The room had so much moisture in the air that the bedding felt damp and the bathroom walls were slightly peeling. For what we paid the room gave the appearance of a very cheap motel. There was a party taking place from a group that had most of the rooms/conference spaces and you could hear it throughout the entire hotel, including in the room. Would not recommended; spend $30 more and stay at a cleaner place where your room is guaranteed down the road.

Out of our 4 hotels during our trip this was by far the worst. The rooms are small...really small. The luggage cart doesn't fit in the room because of all the furniture. If you took out 50% of the "extra" furniture in the room there would probably still be too much. The room felt dirty and the bathroom was no better. The pool was out of commission which was disappointing but stuff happens. Overall, this is your generic run of the mill hotel. Nothing special with plenty to work on.

Area around the hotel smells like ****. We stayed for three nights and no housekeeping service provided. We forgot items in the room and called hotel and to look for it. They kept asking us to call back. We called five times and still no response as to whether they found the items we forgot in the room Over all the staff was very unresponsive to any ask or need during and after our stay at the hotel.

There were 4 maintenance issues in my room (304). 1-No shower curtain when I arrived. 2-Toilet sear was disconnected from toilet. 3- Light bulb beside bed was out. 4- One of the cabinet door hinges was disconnected. Checking staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff was very attentive. Maintenance staff is negligent. Will stay again, hopefully with fewer maintenance issues.

The hotel staff was rude to us. When I called about a question of internet service. They were very blunt and hung up on me. The hotel had a smell of **** in the area. I couldn't tell if it was from the staff, the area around the hotel, and/or the guests, but it made things awful. Also, there were drag races all around the hotel at all hours of the night that kept us awake.

Atlanta is always a challenge to drive through. The Hampton Inn at Buckhead was a wonderful peaceful place to stay, away from the traffic. Princess at the reception was extremely kind, our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location is great and on the morning of our departure, I was extremely grateful that a guest returned my purse having left it at my breakfast table. Jasmine at the reception was so empathetic and very happy to return it to me when, in a panic, I inquired about it. The hotel lives up to its motto portrayed on the rug.

The staff were simply Amazing and accommodating. Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The weather was a little cool and when I turned on the heat, the air was dusty as if the filters needed to be changed!!! I am allergic to dust and knew right away that the air filters needed attention.
