Front desk is on 2nd floor, which was complicated at first, but later thought it was unique to eliminate non-guest traffic and provide more safety. Property was cool and clean, no thin walls and hallway noise but it seemed understaffed. Cole had a blowout moment when assisting our group and called it for having a “bad night”. We were on our way to a concert and I had to address my parking pass with him bc he never sent a barcode to me and said I could use my sisters(which I found out was not true). Luckily, my group of friends is understanding and nothing escalated but he was rude and impatient. It would have helped if there was a coworker on-site to assist him… he did everything wrong with our parking pass situation. He was giving “need a day off” or “need another job” The next morning Micheal and Sharita was very helpful and patient with us(thank you both!!) They were the ones who identified Cole gave us false information and entered things wrong in the system. We stayed one night so these things weren’t a big deal, but here’s what our room lacked: phone did not work, water leaked out when showering, only shower light worked in the bathroom, bathroom outlet did not work. I would stay here again… but not in a group setting or for multiple nights.

One night stay for a concert. Check in was fast and easy. Front desk was very polite! The hall and room was very quiet. Room was spacious and super clean with a mini kitchen. The restaurant downstairs great food and drinks, loved the atmosphere! Fitness center is awesome! Plenty of cardio equipment including a Peloton bike, free weights, machines and plenty of space to workout. I would recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

The property, overall, was lovely. We really appreciated the safety precautions. You can't even access the guest room floors without a keycard. The whole place was very clean and up to date. There were a couple of small frustrations. We had 6 people in a room for 6. 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. When it came time to get ready for bed, there was no bedding so we had to call down and wait. It didn't take terribly long, but when you're trying to get children in bed, any little hiccup is another reason to stall. I feel like they should just keep bedding in the room in one of the empty closets or drawers. Towels was another thing. They only ever left 3 so we constantly had to call for more. If there are 6 people staying in the room, it seems common sense to provide 6 towels. The bathroom door squeaked horribly, waking everyone whenever someone would get up in the night to use it, but to their credit, they took care of it immediately after we informed them the next day. We weren't a fan of the breakfast, which consisted mostly of cereal and toast with an "omelette station", but there was no real variety. Everyone pretty much got the same thing (some kind of undercooked hash topped with a scrambled egg and it took forever because the line was so long. It needs to be changed. The last is, I suppose, is personal preference, but we all found the beds very uncomfortable. We brought a mattress topper for the pullout sofa and that ended up being the comfortable bed of the three.

The front desk staff I encountered were freiendly and helpful. There is a good option for grabbing a beverage or snack on your way up.I missed that they offered breakfast. This was more than just cereal and yogurt. There is a grill where is person is cooking french toast to order. Great views from the 15th floor, too.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Atlanta, in a well-designed, extremely clean, high-end exclusive hotel. The staff was exceptional and well-mannered. The extra attention to details (quick service responses and complemental extra steps) was awesome!!! I 💕love💕 Element ATL Midtown!!!

Although Sheree was just an associate, she took care of us to her best ability and made us feel welcome and special as a good manager would. Sheree was helpful and printed out things we could do and nearby places to visit. She remembered my wife and I when we were checking out and made us feel so special.

Stayed here with my family. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable and front desk staff was very friendly. The rating of the hotel drops due to the breakfast service, we arrived around 9:15 and there was no plates or silverware, the only food that was “stocked” was bread and bagels. And there was a short wait for pancakes. Other than that, we had to wait for everything and some didn’t get refilled at all (coffee and juice). The staff started getting frustrated with the guests asking for things, which is understandable, but management should staff breakfast service properly in order for things to run smoothly and keep the breakfast going until 10 as promised. If this breakfast service improved I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The room was very spacious--plenty of room for us to even dance around in [after a delicious meal at Poor Calvin Asian Fusion Restaurant.] Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The area had a good number of restaurants within walking distance--however, I would not suggest walking after dark. The location was conveniently located within 10-15 minute drive to all Atlanta's attractions. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect except for a group of really loud guests hanging out in the hallway waking us up at 5 o' clock in the morning--hotel staff did take care of this when we reported the situation.
