L'extérieur est très vieux. Le stationnement est très petit, une fois stationné, tu n'oses plus sortir. Et on nous a fait payé le stationnement (10$), pas mentionné sur le site expédia. L'intérieur de la chambre très propre.

People were very friendly and eager to help you they were all nice around if you ask them for something they came and did it right away

The gentleman at the front desk was VERY nice; however, the facility and room were dirty. We booked this room because it stated breakfast included, but there was no breakfast.

I paid a $10 parking fee, the room was very small, the bed was bad, I could hear all the noise from the room next door, and the room smelled like cigarettes. I will never use it again.

Needed new sheets right away almost hours into my stay. Was told i wasnt supposed to get housekeeping until my stay was over

The bathroom was very dirty and there were broken tiles. The tub lost most of the top finish and there were brown stains all over. The sheets had used clothes smell and it appeared like it was not washed since the last use. There was so much dust on top of the furniture.

There were roaches at this property. I picked up my son’s book bag from the desk chair and I saw a roach crawling in. I was so disgusted. The property area looks so creepy and it genuinely looks like a place where people go missing. All night, a woman was arguing with a man below me. It was not an easy place to sleep. The room was outdated. I didn’t enjoy my stay at this place at all!

Room was nice and clean for an affordable price. Customer reps at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I just wish you had an additional security officer on your property grounds because I was a little nervous walking back into my room at night because there were a lot of beggers and druggies hanging around your property grounds. Perhaps consider hiring a full time security officer to keep people from loitering around the property, especially at night.
