Holiday Inn 奧本(Holiday Inn Auburn)

Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and the room comfortable. We enjoyed the gym and the jacuzzi during our brief stay, and breakfast was quite good.

Very clean and nice place. Will book again. Close to stores, gas station, restaurants and fastfood, and fwys.

Charging $5 for a bottle of water, really? But the bad part is we were awakened twice during the early morning hours with a fire alarm. When I complained at the front desk they just said they were working on it, and they couldn't give me a partial refund. Bad customer service. Also, maids came knocking on our door at 6am because we didn't have a "Do not Disturb" tag in our room. So, overall, terrible experience. Also, breakfast only lasts until 9am. Due to lack of sleep, we didn't make it down until 9am. So not free breakfast, and our son was starving!! Hope someone pays attention to this!!!

Hotel was nice and clean. But immediately after check in our toilet over flowed. So moved to the room next door. Then in the middle of the night we realized the A/c wasn’t turning off at all running constantly making the room way to cold . So had to just turn it off completely. Then went to shower in the morning and our room had no hot water.

Was ran out the door before I even checked in. Told me my card(s) failed transaction even though everyone of my cards were hit. They overbooked their hotel and decided to give me the runaround after I tried checking in and paying premium prices for a room. Poor customer service. Do better, you lost my business forever. Been staying here a decade.

Property was clean and tidy, and fairly updated. Beds were comfortable. Nice that there was a restaurant on site, and breakfast, although not fee, was pretty good. My only complaints are the price and the noise. The person in the room above us was running all around most of the night and early in the morning. We could hear them everyone they used the sink or shower, and after we called the front desk to complaints about the noise, the running slower down but what must have been the bed, started creaking with every move. For $250 a night I should have had a better experience. For the price I would have expected something a bit more luxurious, maybe breakfast included.

Located in a nice, convenient area just off the freeway with a nice restaurant right next door. Our room was very clean the grounds were quite nice. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely staff here again

Property very well kept & staff is exceptional, friendly & dedicated to customer service...They are redoing the pool & jacuzzi at this time, no problem for me.

I was unaware of construction being done right outside of my room and could not get the cable tv to work. Staff could not help
