My family has been going to the Ritz in Beaver Creek for about 15 years and again were were scheduled to go for spring break this March. Earlier this year, my son sustained a life threatening neck injury which is recovering from now. He is unable to ski at this point and may never ski again. So, we called to cancel our reservations about a month before we were scheduled to stay at the Ritz. They refused to give us a full refund of our prepaid stay. I find this heartless and greedy. In addition, they will probably resell our rooms making additional profit from a tragic injury. So please consider this when staying there.

We recently stayed at the ritz Carlton bachelors Gulch for our kids mid winter break. It was our first time in Colorado , but we have stayed in ritz Carlton’s in California and Toronto. With our precious ritz experiences we were sure to have an expectional stay . With a hotel that Charges 1000++ it should be nothing other than exceptional. I have attached photos of a meal we had at buffalos located in the hotel. It is a salad/grain bowl. As my husband was eating it he noticed that a couple chick peas looked molded. When I pointed it out to the waitress she looked surprised and took it to the kitchen , came back only to tell me they would never serve something like that and that’s how they marinate them? No there is blue and green all over the chick peas. Not only was the meal unacceptable, but the response? If your costumer is questioning they are eating mold that is a problem!

As a 30+ year hotelier Ive seen the death of the Ritz Carlton brand. Leading the charge is the Ritz Beaver Creek. They have replaced the class in Ritz with Jersey Shore obnoxious DJ, Over-serving beverage forward madness. Rates online were up to 9K but cant keep a hotel clean at those rates? How about lights in pools at night (min required by law). The market food is frozen reheat food. If you like the raunchy vegas ***** crowd this is your new spot.

This Hotel is amazing! I had a fun time staying and love how it resembles the most beautiful ski resort. While I stayed I had 2 rooms, the regular queen and a suite that we got upgraded to because of a staff issue. The hotel is great I just would have wished we didn't have a bad situation with a staff member, they could have been nicer, I am not telling you the situation because I don't want the crew member to look bad, but other than that bad run in, everything else was perfect, the food, the shuttle to the town, and the picturesque views, make this one of my favorite hotels I have ever been to!

This is a review primarily for Chris Beeson with Photography Concierge. We had a photo session for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary as an entire family. Chris made this incredibly special for us. The backdrop of course was amazing because the Ritz is so beautiful and the vistas are incredible but the photos stood out for us as one of the most memorable things of our visit. Chris is very talented and took time to get to know the family and the photos reflect this. It was a great way to commemorate a special trip and I would encourage others to use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

EPIC resort - we LOVED every minute at this property!! Staff and ski concierge were top notch. We stayed there for 4 nights and we were pampered from beginning to end. We'll be back next year!

Check in was horrendous, rooms are guaranteed by 4 p.m., only one room was ready by 5:20 p.m. (we had been there since noon). BUT - I have to say management really pivoted and made our stay amazing, specifically Mark. Dustin in concierge booked our dinners and transportation and every place he recommended was excellent. Fattoria was our favorite - off site. The shuttle system was super easy to use. Everyone that worked at the ski store was very helpful and accommodating. The spa was beautiful! Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, there are no towels, so make sure to bring your own from the room. We will definitely book this hotel again in the winter!
