Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Excellent service and very clean facility. The staffs are very polite and always helpful....dishes are superb. On of my favorite memory will be the morning aroma as soon as opened the room door...a mix of coffee and incense/Etan 👌When I visit Ethiopia next time I will definitely staying Haile Resorts.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff in this hotel were friendly and helpful. The location was so perfect with great facilities. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. We will definitely come again. Thank you so much

I like the bed but the cloth in side the big one is hotty😊 but i like the silence of the room with the garden views the gardens are beautiful make u feel like peaceful and inhale good quality of air i love it thank u haile am proud to be ur Ethiopian🤎🤎

The best resorts an hawassa. Resorts Facing Lake Hawassa, with a garden and beautiful seating areas facing the lake. With a large and beautiful lobby. All employees have high morals and excellent cooperation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with tools.

The rooms are big and clean, and the service is great. The veiw is spectacular with access to the lake, nice gym and plenty of space to relax. I hope to stay there again soon. The only down side is that it's not walkable distance to the center.

Wat een zicht! De kamers zijn ruim met een balkon om weg te dromen. De kamers zijn al lang geleden niet meer vernieuwd maar dit is geen enkel probleem. De normen blijven hoog. Het ontbijt was een ware luxe zoveel soorten brood en uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Wat we in Arba Minch (Haile Resort) anders ondervonden hebben. Hun infinity zwembad is ook een troef. Aarzel niet om om dit hotel in Hawassa te boeken.

Such a beautiful spot. The hotel makes the most of the natural beauty with outdoor seating under spreading trees and views of amazing water birds. Pool and gym are well equipped for wellness. Rooms are beautifully appointed with good plumbing nice fixtures, comfortable bed etc. great service in the restaurant If you’re from the hectic city of Addis it’s a wonderful break. If you are international it will meet your standards.

We had a good stay with Haile Awassa on a business visit but suddenly we were asked to vacate the hotel with one hour notice due to a VVIP visit. This is not an acceptable practice given the low no of standard hotels in the city and which is trying to promote more business to flurish in the city. Hotel ideally should be giving priority to business visitors which will bring them ocvupancy throughout the year.
