The downtown location might be good for some because it’s “downtown” but international and non Bacolod travelers be aware that this downtown is right next to the central market which means its a busy place, highly populated and traffic is heavy. The building itself is old and the walls are thin which meant you can hear everyone walking along the halls. It was a ‘good’ stay for a night when power and water has been out for 4 days due to the typhoon Odette.
