巴釐梅迪威飯店(West Break Bali - Medewi)

4박 5일 동안 아무런 불편함 없이 정말 잘 지냈습니다. 자연과 서핑을 좋아한다면 최고의 숙소 입니다. 숙소 바로 앞이 바다라 수시로 파도를 확인 하고, 바로 서핑을 할 수 있습니다. 시골이라 벌레, 특히 모기가 많은데, 이 숙소에선 벌레들을 보기가 힘들었습니다. 많은 직원들이 자주 청소를 합니다. 그래서 청결과 위생이 아주 최상위 입니다. 직원들의 응대가 친절하고 신속해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 침대에서와 화장실의 뷰가 너무 아름다웠습니다. 바로 앞에 음식점과 바들이 있습니다. 다만 편의점을 가기 위해선 약 10분 정도 걸어야 합니다. 오토바이론 1분

The rooms are nice, bathrooms as well with a window! Local breakfast is great, western so-so. Pool needs a clean, it's foggy. Small fitness room, ping-pong and pool is awesome. And it's not the hotels fault it's 3 mosques in the neighborhood, but that wakes You up 4.30 every morning and goes on for 3 hours non-stop... It's a big minus because it's impossible to sleep! Sorry, but I have to be honest. It's way too loud and no one can escape...

A great escape from the hectic south at a very beautiful boutique hotel. Very popular with the surfing community from around the world making for interesting conversation around the pool. Rooms were of an extremely high standard at great pricing, clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to take a tour with Boy and stop off at a great restaurant for lunch. Thanks again Boy. The massages available at West Break are the best we found in 3 weeks moving around Bali. All in all a great place to relax that we can't fault.

Very chilled place in a lovely design (great bathrooms) across from beach and with perfect little pool to help cool you down. Food was fresh, delicious and well priced. A couple of friendly little beach cafes and simple but good eating establishments close by. Great spot to relax or surf.

Best surf teachers in whole Bali are definitely Boy and Ecco! They have had long years experience in surf coaching and they really go the extra mile to make their students feel safe in the water, help you with video feedbacks to improve, they are super fun and patient in the water, also cheer with us when we make progress! we stayed for 5 days (wish we had stayed longer..) and on the weekend there was a party with friends and family, not only did we we got invited to the party, the whole gang are so welcoming and invited us to dance, eat and drink with them! we had a blast! also the hotel is one of the nicest we stayed in! beautiful garden and pool, also the chill lounge is very comfy with a nice couch and I could even do my yoga routines here. and they offer the best massages! The staff is beyond nice and sweet, Boy‘s wife Linda is a great cook and served us fresh seafood and fish! The rooms have very comfy beds, hot showers and everything you need. we loved it! we can‘t be more grateful for this experience with west break crew and family!! this is where you are not a tourist anymore, you are welcomed into their family and taught how to surf on the waves they grew up with, you sit with them enjoying a good family dinner. and dont you worry about the transfer from/to your next destination, they will take care of everything. don‘t hesitate to come here and meet this wonderful corner of Bali and these heartwarming people!

The big problem was the WiFi was almost non existant. Extremely slow and as i wanted to talk to family and friends back in England on Christmas day i ended up cutting my stay short and returning to seminyak. It may be in a rural setting but thete really is no excuse for bad WiFi in this century. Either have it that works well or dont have it at all.
