Wonderful experience staying at the Causeway hotel and partake in the complimentary walking tour at the Giant's causeway for all hotel guests. Highly recommended. The rooms with balcony are to die for.
Dinner and breakfast were awesome!
Really nothing to complain about.

Hôtel plein de charme, digne d’un film de Noël. 5 sapins magnifiquement décorés repartis un peu partout.
A 1 minute du visitor centre pour la Chaussée des Géants.
Parking et entrées à la Chaussée compris dans le prix de la chambre.
Petit-déjeuner très varié dont différentes salades de fruits frais!!
Restaurant offrant des mets de qualité et variés.

We loved this hotel. It is walking distance to Giants Causeway. The staff was wonderful, great breakfast every morning. Views can not be beat. There are a fair amount of stairs with no elevator, be aware before booking. Town of Bushmills is great to walk around and shop. Will recommend this hotel to anyone headed to this area.

I was aware this was an older historic property. You have to use a different scale with these types of places I do understand. But not having a lift while all the rooms are on the 2nd floor is just goofy & dangerous for getting suitcases around. 1/2 of our party has mobility issues it was awkward. Dining room is good at breakfast but dreadful at dinner.

Really nice people, food was just so ok but nothing special. Room needed a bit updating in the en-suite- toilet roll holder coming off the wall, large crack in the floor tile and generally needs painting. No hair dryer in the room, had to go to reception and he got one from another room for us. Breakfast was nice, although cooked was a little greasy

We had a room with no hot water, could not use bath or shower, when using sink the plug was also broken, on reporting the issues, was told we couldn’t swap rooms but it was ok a plumber would be out the next day, after we left. Receptionist offered nothing and shrugged it off!

Location is absolutely ideal. But, the rest ranged from good to below average. The TV had terrible reception issues and mostly didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable, where you can feel the springs. The pillows were rather poor as well. Also, the bathroom was freezing with a window that even closed exposed a lot of draft and the heater reset to a low temp in the middle of the night.
