巴爾的摩水岸萬豪飯店(Baltimore Marriott Waterfront)

非常可愛。我們房間的水景非常壯觀。房間很大而且很乾凈。我唯一希望的是停車場更近一點，但他們確實提供代客泊車服務。所以總而言之，我有一個很棒的經歷。哦，他們還讓我提前入住，這真是救了我一命。

Very good location

Our air conditioning didn’t work after the first 24 hours and we had to change rooms. We also had no fan that worked in the bathroom. We were moved to another room and when we checked into the new room the fan in that bathroom didn’t work. Luckily, the air conditioning did. the room was clean and the view was excellent. Early the next morning for her stay in the new room, we received a phone call from the desk, telling us that they showed the room was empty and wanted to know why we were there. This took some explaining , we used her key card given to us by the front desk for the second room and found that it didn’t work after the first day. It’s a nice hotel, but there are definitely some glitches for the people working at the front desk. And some of them were not the most friendly.

Great location. Easy in and out. The elevators were a problem at times. The Front Desk Staff were unprofessional. The restaurant was nice, but the staff was rude and unprofessional. While people were waiting in line to be seated, others were walking past the line, seating themselves, and then being waited on. The hotel rooms were average and had the hinge slamming doors, so you were disturbed by slamming doors a night. Not unusual for hotels, but at $300 to $400 a night, unacceptable. Simply, you’re only receiving a great location in the Inner Harbor for what you pay. If you stay there, self park. The valet parkers are abusive and reckless with cars. I self parked, but witnessed terrible driving and handling of cars by the valet parkers.

My stay at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront was wonderful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. However, there were no slippers provided in the room. It's a small detail but it makes a difference in guest's comfort level. During checkout, the front desk individual was friendly but I noticed she was playing an online game, which made me feel like my checkout process wasn't being taken seriously. Despite this, I would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and comfortable accommodations.
