Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the G***da mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.

Sumit and Jyoti, are just 2 of the amazing and helpful staff at the ITC hotel on Richmond Road. Despite a very late arrival and mistake by my compancy when making my return booking to this lovely hotel, Mr. Sumit went out of his way to help me arrange a new booking and get me settled into my room. I was so grateful to be met with such kindness after such a long journey. One of the ***y reasons this won’t be my last visit to this hotel.

Joli hôtel mais accueil tres décevant au vu de nos précédentes expériences indiennes dans le Karnataka. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Piscine agréable. Buffet sympa du chef Dharmender ! Excellents nans et kathi faits sur de***de ;)

Fantastic Location, Large Suites with Views, Excellent Hospitality, Quieter Floors, Choice of WalkIn 3Restos on Ground Floor with Excellent Staff Serving Mouth Watering Menus in Swizzle Bar, Jacanda Cafe and Mahjong Room under the ever smiling and obliging F&B ***ager Ranjit Vasudevan and His Sincere Team. Niel was the Best *** for Me and is a Duty ***ager, too.

My stay at the ITC Welcome Richmond Road was simply amazing. I was there for business and we had booked the conference rooms as well. Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Veresh were there at all times whenever we needed anything. They made our stay and clients feel at home at all times with timely spreads, assisting us with every technical issue we had and catered to all our needs at a blink of an eye. Mr. Yusuf was at our service the whole day for 4 days so that we have an uninterrupted experience at this beautiful property. I highly recommend to go and experience peace and meet Mr. Yusuf who will cater to all your requirements

It was a great experience right from the welcome till I left. I enjoyed the therapy and left feeling relaxed. Nisha was considerate enough to check on the comfort level throughout the therapy. Daya on the hand made sure the bill is prepared accurately without delay. Amazing team..will see you soon.
