Susmita, sourav, faizan,purnima,shibani they provide excellent service. The food was very nice . How they served us it's awesome. Enjoyed the service provided by them. Will love to come here and stay again. Each and every food preparation is mouth watering.

Good property with spacious rooms. The veranda are also spacious to walk and there is an atrium at the centre of the hotel like a mall. But the service is too poor. Housekeeping also needs improvement as towels and toiletries are not replaced daily. The response to the service like water bottles, towels etc are also very poor and we have to remind them multiple items to get it done. Breakfast and dinner spread are good, but again service is very very slow testing our patience. Some of the rooms also need maintenance and the door lock is not maintained properly. Mostly used by airline staff and corporate employees, so the service is not like a star hotel. Gym, spa, sports band indoor swimming pool facilities are available.Service is not worth for the cost provided especially if you are booking on your own or for a family stay at the property.

The stay was really great. Rooms were very neat and tidy and greatly assisted by Biki for cleaning our room and even breakfast options were wide. The place is peaceful and staff service is good. Will consider this place again for our stay during our next visit to Bangluru

The room was absolutely perfect and gorgeous every time the staff come cleans my room MR BIKi was soo help full very nice he provided each and everything in a very nice way and he is decorating our room everyday which is very adorable thankuu soo much for being so helpfull

Great service amazing staff especially faizan he was well spoken and very polite and acknowledged our each and every request im extremely happy with the ***agement and my experience at this place and would definitely recommend my colleagues to try thid place too
