Absolutely beautiful!! We loved this place, really special hotel in old colonial style with loads of original inventory. The staff is very kind and helpful and the restaurant serves delicious plates. Location is also great about 10 minutes from the center of Baños, calm but not too far away. Totally recommended! We will come back

The most beautiful resort in Ecuador. Our experience was just magical to say the least . The suites with all the amenities including the original decorations . Food menu is so perfect and healthy since the products used are organic. Perfect

This place is so beautiful!! It was once a monastery and the buildings and gardens are absolutely beautiful! The indoor pool and spa is amazing and was an absolute bargain for the kind of place this is!! I will definitely be back!

Desde el ingreso a las instalaciones, fuimos recibidos con muchas atención y esmero por parte del personal que labora en el lugar, la carta para la cena muy variada, de gustamos de un plato propio de la zona, denominado maito de yuca y adicional un lomo de carne de res, que se veía y sabía muy bien. Las instalaciones muy acogedaras, y múltiples áreas de descanso y relajación. La habitación muy limpia y amplia qué invita a pasar una noche de ensueño. En el desayuno probamos una variedad de frutas fresca , pan y chocolate, acompañados de una trilogía de mote, bolon y huevo frito y de beber jugo de tomate de árbol. El area húmeda es muy completa y su piscina es muy relajante. Una experiencia única.

Such a beautiful property! I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Samari Spa. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The staff were incredible from Nora, Balen, Joanna, Sebastien, Cristian, Christian, Anderson ... they all took such good care of me and my comfort. The spa treatments were lovely especially the steam and cold water shower followed by massage and cocoa treatment. The food was delicious and service great. I look forward to coming back!

Un lugar maravilloso para relaj**** en familia, la comida exquisita.. el ambiente acogedor. Excelente atención al personal que se hospeda. Recomiendo este bello lugar para compartir juntos a la familia o pareja, pasillos hermosos, una piscina increíble ❤️💕😍

I was very dissapointed with the service at this hotel resort. I wouldn't recommend paying or staying here for what they are worth. My husband and I booked 2 nights in late December. When eating breakfast, you had to wait to be served. There was no buffet style or waiter waiting to offer assistance like other hotels. I did not like the fact that you had to wait on them. I enjoy getting my meal and the portions I desired and also having a waiter close by to bring additional items and monitoring the breakfast bars. We also decided to go to the spay area to use the jacuzzi and enjoy some relaxing. But our relaxing time was interrupted by another guest family with a crying toddler. The front staff were not able to manage the situation. They never asked the guest to leave so that others could enjoy the peace and quiet. It was horrible! We had to leave because the kid wouldn't stop crying. Also, I was shocked at how expensive all the services were. I live in Houston and I would pay a cheaper price for a massage than I would at this hotel. It was shocking to see how expensive everything was compared to what they have to offer. I did enjoy the grounds but that was mainly it. This place is defintely a tourist trap.

Hermoso hotel con lindas y espaciosas instalaciones… con muy buena ubicación. Cerca de las principales atracciones. Nuestra habitacion fue linda muy espaciosa y limpia y decorada divina. La comida fue deliciosa, desayuno bufet incluido en la reserva muy variado y con productos de primera pero sobre todo un excelente servicio durante toda nuestra estadía; nos recibieron muy bien. volveré muy pronto.

It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the mountain views, and indulge in Baños. The spa is luxurious, the food is delicious, the beds are very comfortable, and it's close to all the attractions. A 100% recommended place if you want to enjoy Baños while resting and enjoying good treatment.
