Me and my friend stayed here 9/3/23 - 13/3/23 and enjoyed our stay There have been some reviews on here stating the hotel is tired, I do not agree. Yes this hotel has seen some years of service it’s by no means poorly kept Could you spent €5m to renovate it?? Sure! But why?? The decor isn’t “traditional” ski as I know it, but I loved it! The breakfast buffet included in the room as ample with lots of choice however we were disappointed to only get waffles available for two mornings :) We used the spa facilities which were clean and very welcome after a day of skiing The rooms clean and sizeable and so warm which is great for drying ski gear Free ski shuttle, a man to help you in the ski room. Everyone speaks good English. Big tick for a budget ski accomodation

The room was stinking of smoke when we arrived and the smell never left. The bed was so uncomfortable we both had sore backs after 3 or 4 days. The heating was on constantly so it was far too hot and there was no way to turn it off. I went to the spa and the only thing on was the sauna which didn't get to a great temperature. The pool was freezing, steam room had no water so couldn't use it and the jacuzzi had all the buttons removed so could only be operated when staff were present. The staff were friendly enough and the shuttle to the Gondola and back was a god send as its roughly 10 minutes walk. It was very efficient apart from 1 day the driver had went a drive with his pal and we had a 20 minute wait. Its cheap for a reason, I wouldn't stay here again. Has potential to be a cracking hotel but needs a bit of investment.

The hotel was lovely. I really couldn’t fault it for the value that I paid. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, clean and had everything I needed. There was a good selection at breakfast which started at 7:30 The spa was very nice too and a great way to recuperate after a day on the slopes. The staff were all very lovely and helpful too. I would certainly return if I go back to Bansko again
