Sepatutnya no star..sgt teruk.. Kami datang bertiga..hanya nak berehat sekejap sebelom balik KL sebab masing-masing penat untuk drive tapi perlu balik at the same day. Sampai je hotel, receptionist sambut kami. Konon-konon nak berbual mesra dengan pelanggan tapi lebih kepada body shaming. Tak perasan badan sendiri sama size dengan customer. Selesai register, ada seorang lagi staff tunjukkan bilik kami. Masalahnya staff lelaki tu datang dekat kami dengan tak berbaju. Kami dapat bilik tingkat 2. Kena naik tangga. Ok then. Sampai kat atas agak impressed sebab cctv banyak. Tapi bila tengok bilik, hurm. Pujuk hati sendiri, tak pe lah. Rehat kejap je. Lepas Maghrib, gerak balik KL On aircond, macam berfungsi. On tv, x boleh on. Tukar bateri remote pun masih sama. Ok tak pe. Mandi dan tidur je lah Bilik mandi berhabuk dan berkulat. Sinki bocor. Kami masuk bilik sebelom 3pm, on aircond tapi selepas sejam masih tak rasa sejuk. Aircond tak berfungsi weh! Berpeluh kami dalam bilik. Kami tak boleh tahan, check out 5.30pm. masing2 barai nak drive balik KL. Tak boleh lelap mata pun. Apatah lagi nak rest kan badan kejap. 1- air-conditioning x berfungsi, kami masuk bilik pkul 3pm sampai kami keluar 5.30pm kami decided untuk check out sbb bilik masih panas.. 2- bilik mandi kotor berhabuk 3- sinki bocor 4- tv x boleh on 5- receptionist nak jadi peramah tp body shaming customer..x prasan diri sndri pun same size dgn customer.

First of all the room in a clean condition but the bed sheet seemed have been used and not changed. It's so worrisome during this pandemic and should not take it lightly. The water pipes is leaking when in used, the aircond is intermittently cold intermittently hot, the single bed is unstable and the balcony of the room is not cleaned there is dirt on the floor. The sliding door can't be locked and iron board was not in a good condition so we can't used it.

First time staying here. The cleanliness is good but unfortunately the bathroom lamp and the sink are not working.
