I've stayed with this hotel for a number of times now, I would think about 7 times also before covid. The company I work for has also sent quite a few others to this hotel over the years. After this last visit I can say that it will probably not be the case anymore. To be honest, I felt like I was annoying the staff at the reception, it was always with a quick, condescending way that I was given answers. Like I was getting on their nerves. I paid almost 1.100 Euro to stay 1 week. In that time, the phone was broke, my door would not shut properly without slamming it, the room STANK !!! of sewage (I was told because of the pool filter or something and I was directly next to the pool basically in room 721 - the cleaning lady spoke no english so that's the info I understood), the breakfast was not to great standards; never was there bacon, the boiled eggs cold. The coffee machine broke, so the waitress was so angry that she was slamming chairs and saying angry stuff in spanish loudly about how management never takes care of the machine; she dropped all kinds of glasses and plates in the kitchen; then the cook came out and looked at me and rolled his eyes and shrugged (how do people in service actually work like this???) . It was unrelaxing and not worth the price at all. The only helpful and sincere person I met there was the girl at the reception who always asked how my day was, and also the room cleaning lady (the elder one with glasses). I was not even offered ANYTHING in response to having to sleep in a stinking room with no phone. I thought maybe someone would say to me ”sorry about all the inconvenience, have a wine on us” but not even that!! Only the next day I was asked if I wanted to move (I declined only because I was traveling to Valencia for 3 days on that day and I was told that afterwards it would be fixed so I didn't want to move if it would be fixed. But when I came back, only the phone was fixed - the smell was still there and the door I still had to slam). Also, my credit card was charged for a night on the first day of my stay, even tho my company pre-paid the whole stay in advance and it was confirmed. I had to wait several days before it was booked back to my account. At the checkout I was not asked once how my stay was. I would have otherwise told the guy there directly. But maybe he knew I would say something and chose not to ask anything. He was the most condescending of them all anyway. He never freely said Hello or Good bye. Only interested in himself. Horrible person and not sure how he can work in service! When he reads this he will know who I am, for sure. I did not have a welcoming or pleasant stay there this time and next time I and my company will choose another hotel for this or any other stays. If you feel too secure and think you have enough guests, then think again. Covid isn't gone and one day you will be surprised how quickly guests can leave and go somewhere else. 性價比不錯 房間比我想象的要大,很乾淨,女傭每天都來,沒有投訴!我看了一些評論說馬路有噪音這個不用擔心,只要要求安靜的房間,他們會把你放在酒店後面,那裏沒有噪音。我當時803,很安靜!因爲太貴了,沒有吃早餐!酒店很中心,旁邊就是最中心地鐵站。就在隔壁有一家很棒的牛排館,你肯定應該在那裏吃。唯一的缺點是房間可以有水壺和兩個玻璃杯。

This hotel was fine, and yet quite confounding. What should have been a fine experience otherwise was marred several stupid and small flaws, which would be really easy to fix, if there was any will at all on the part of management:   1) Check-in - with only one person before me, took 20 minutes. Computers were not working.    2) Privacy policy - I was made to sign a paper, but after signing the person kept the paper. I had no copy so no record of what I signed.   3) Room: Totally baffling array of switches for the lighting system, impossible to decipher.   4) Hair dryer: broken, screeching sound and no air coming out. Wondef if the staff bother check them? I was quite scared and turned it off immediately.   5) Contacting reception - I had to use my mobile phone to call the front desk to report the hair dryer, at which time i was told that the number to contact reception was 1700. Amazing. NO one said that on check in. I did later discovered it was handwritten on the key-card paper, but the receptionist could have bothered to point that out.   6) Elevators. Ridiculous! I visited several floors to find the way back to reception. There is a giant sign OUTSIDE the elevator that says 0 for reception. But INSIDE the elevator there is no ”O”, only ”B”. I finally go thtere, but I mean seriously, how unhelpful.   7) Invoice - I requested an invoice at reception on departure. When I got home I discovered it is not even a correctly done official invoice for VAT purposes. It was issued on a plain piece of paper, lacked the company name address and VAT number, and they didn´t bother to put my info on it.   I had to write to atencion cliente and comercia1 to request a new one.   Items 5 and 6 could be so easily solved with small stickers (one for each phone, two for each elevator).   How much effort is that? Obviously too much.    I should add, that the stay was otherwise fine. This could be a five star experience. Except, it isn't.   These are small things. Never have I encountered a hotel that gave off such a feeling of no one caring at all about the place.

衞生:打掃的把我剛買的loro piana 的帽子扔了,酒店雖然賠償了,但是開始的處理方式也不是很滿意,直到我説我要報警 對方才肯承認是酒店員工的問題。 設施:大廳挺好,室內有些小 ,而且有點舊了。但2000多價格不是很貴 所以還是可以居住的。 環境:外面看起來非常好

This hotel is nice could be better could be worse. The rooms are nice and modern, very clean and well structured. Cafes and little shops close by and very little road noise from outside. However, there’s a few let downs. No mini bar in the rooms for number one, prices but no products. It’s near on impossible to get a drink from the “24 hour bar” due to lack of staff. Waited 25 minutes to get a soft drink before giving up. The rooftop bar isn’t open either which is a bit frustrating due to outside food and drink being banned on the terrace and the hot tub is freezing cold. Be prepared to walk. Everything (the beach, marina and old town) is all at least a 30-40 minute walk and quite hilly. Taxis are hard to come by close to the hotel so lots of walking is needed. Finally 1 bottle of water in the room for 4 days for 2 people is not enough and bearing it mind it’s so hard to buy some from the bar this was disappointing.

優點:地理位置優越;房間漂亮,乾淨現代;咖啡很棒,客人可以使用的可愛的指定廚房。缺點:缺乏溝通;房間和大廳之間沒有隔音;AC沒有工作。我不會再住在這裏,因此不會推薦這家酒店。對於這個網站和其他旅遊網站的高評級,我仍然感到困惑。我會謹慎再去通過評分,我找到的住宿,這個網站和其他流行的旅遊網站。1)我們到達時,沒有一個人可以讓我們進去。接待處僅在下午12:00-晚上7:00開放。入住在3點,甚至沒有人可以寄存行李。非常不方便。我們在入住當天浪費了很多時間。我們發送了多個WhatsApp消息&可以看到他們已收到,但即使我要求回覆,也沒有回覆。一個電話在他們的終端掛斷。門上有一個標誌,表明酒店將關閉,直到後天我們訂了入住房,這讓人不安(見圖)。正常上班時間應該有人來收拾桌子,9-5。在與其他客人,甚至酒店員工在附近的另一間住宿處交談時,這是一次經常性的活動。我們入住期間,其他旅行者也經歷過類似的經歷--嘗試入住或送行李浪費了很多時間。2)溫度控制沒有給房間降溫,房間的恆溫器沒有控制房間的溫度,我們留下一個鑰匙,可以開插座,插了一整天。當我們傍晚回來的時候房間還是熱的。店主建議我們把鑰匙留在出店口,完全不顧我的評論,說我們一整天都在出店口裏留下了鑰匙。當我們午夜回來時,房間還是很熱,現在是五月。我甚至無法想象這間地獄般的房間會在夏天的幾個月裏。3)隔音效果極差。你可以聽到其他房間和走廊裏的客人的聲音。
