Very good experience The Hotel environment is very good and very comfort

As a frequent traveler and a Titanium Marriott member, this hotel experience is disappointing. Our room is what is advertised as the single on the official website but they removed all of the furniture and squeezed in a king size bed. The a/c in the room does not work and the room is 24°C. I am literally dripping and it is 3am. The hotel is sold out and they do not have other rooms available except single beds. The only staff is the night supervisor who is nice but unable to help us further. I am told that the GM is on holiday until next Tuesday. What an awful first experience in Barcelona. If you value customer service, go somewhere else!

This was a perfect hotel. It was my first time in Spain and I feel like I made the best selection on where to stay a week. The location was excellent. It's a quiet area but a quick cab ride to everything. The bed was so comfortable. The first-floor bar and the rooftop lounge were awesome. The best thing of all was the service. Everybody at this hotel smiled and were so happy to help. If you stay, make sure you say hello to Gala. She works at the restaurant and also the bar. She gave me fantastic recommendations and was always so happy to have a conversation. Plus, she makes amazing cappuccinos! I left Barcelona knowing I had a great experience in the city and I know staying at this hotel helped me feel that way.

Nuovissimo hotel in Barcellona! Moderno e luminoso! Abbiamo alloggiato qui e le stanze sono così belle che non usciresti dalla camera. Colazione ottima! Non manca nulla una sala grandissima e pazzesca . Da visitare il roof top perché con una vista e una piscina suggestiva. Ringraziamo Vincenzo per averci seguito perfettamente nella nostra vacanza!
