由於航班早點，所以在這裏過了除夕之夜。 酒店還可以。 。 。但沒關係。最好的西方加有點令人失望。 我最大的問題是房間裏的結露！ ！ ！那太差了！ ！ ！ Windows上的水滴在地板上，太糟糕了，它使我在晚上醒來！當我向接待員提到這一點時。 。 。她衹在乎問我要交城市稅！ 因此請注意並檢查窗戶是否發霉！ ！ ！ ！ ！

交通非常便利！就在火車站樓上，但是房間內很安靜，樓下有地鐵，公交，小火車。房間也很整潔，每天有客服打掃，唯一不好的是淋浴要站在浴缸裏，花灑不太好用，洗手間是玻璃推拉門，隔音不好，兩人入住如廁時會有點尷尬

I was blown away by the hospitality of the staff at Acta CITY47. My family and I received amazing customer service. A big thank you to Pier for all his time and assistance with my queries. It was truly an awesome trip. The hotel is situated in a lovely location, close to the metro Sants Estacio and Barcelona Sants train station, with a Lidl supermarket and play ground opposite. Our room was spectacular, beautiful fresh linen and towels. We are planning another trip back next year.

As long as you're looking for an easy place to spend a night in transit, this place is good. It's affordable and close to the bus/train station, which was what I wanted. My room was small (not a problem for the night) and rather run-down (towel had a hole in it, baseboards coming up, finishes flaking), but I was not disappointed with that since I just needed a place to sleep in the area, and it was clean so that was what mattered. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I slept well once things quieted down for the night. However, there is NO soundproofing in the room, so you hear flushing, water running, and talking in the other rooms & the hallway, and the doors tend to slam even when you are closing them gently, so I heard people coming & going for several hours at night. The staff was pleasant and they kept my luggage at the front desk so I could explore during the day before catching my bus, so I was happy with my experience overall.

我們剛剛從七次巴塞羅那之旅回來,我們住遍了整個城市,但我們最喜歡的酒店是這家!1929年的西方是如此可愛,在一個驚人的位置靠近購物中心(充滿了酒吧和餐館),入口是 Parc Montjuic 和西班牙地鐵站的入口。加泰羅尼亞廣場(Plaça de Catalunya)是一個30分鐘的步行路程,經過許多可愛的酒吧和餐館,海灘就在德爾帕拉萊大道(Del Para-lel)的一段短途步行。酒店本身很漂亮,擁有可愛的乾淨和大小適中的客房。工作人員都非常樂於助人(包括預訂我們凌晨4點的機場出租車),早上的自助早餐也很美味。晚上還有一個可愛的屋頂酒吧我沒有聽到在酒吧工作的女士的名字,但是哇她可以做令人驚歎的雞尾酒!我們一定會回來的!!!

We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

酒店非常不錯，性價比相當高： 1、酒店裝修很新、比較高檔，能匹配國內五星酒店檔次 2、酒店房間很大，各項設施設備都很乾凈 3、酒店工作人員服務熱情和服務水平都不錯 4、早餐很豐盛，且早餐品質感比較高，可以一對一服務點餐 對於旅遊唯一的小缺陷：位置不在市中心，沒有下樓步行的便捷性，但距離市中心核心景點也不遠，打車10歐元左右基本能到，瑕不掩瑜

我們在巴塞羅那停留了一晚,在諾坎普觀看比賽。酒店離體育場很近,離桑特火車站步行距離,這使得計劃去巴塞羅那的單日旅行非常容易。酒店很乾淨,但基本。淋浴很小,很裸露。僅在公共用餐區,不在客房內,所有客人均可享用補充茶咖啡。早餐選擇不錯,但有限。乾淨舒適住宿,僅推薦短期住宿。

離着展館不遠，幾站地鐵的事兒。房間也不錯，歐洲嘛，住宿都比較局促，不能和國內比，真的是沒法比。下次去還可以住這兒。

酒店位置旺中帶靜，旁邊就帶 有2家超市？再往前走一條街就是名店大街，買買買完走去酒店休息一下，爽！ 酒店員工親切熱情，還給升級了房間，太感謝了！！ 以下評價為對圖中房型評： 房間寬敞，可以在沙發區休息吃吃喝喝，床與沙發區中間空間好寬，可以打開你的所有東西放出來🫢洗刷區有2個洗臉盤，對了，護髮素不好用，用了更乾。 然後馬桶在一個獨立房間，有密室恐懼症的人會有點難受。 早晨的話，果腹為主。 總結：再來的話，會再入住！
