It was literally the worst hotel i have ever stayed in . They followed us around the hotel harassing us about who was in our room . My children were left with bite marks all over them . The worst part is the manager (male) tries to enter our room at 8 am when check out is at 11 . Thank god we had the lock done or he would have witnessed my little girls changing clothes . terrible visit will never stay here again.

This is an older, but nicely maintained property that is well situated for the I65 traveler. About 30 minutes south of Indy, right off the exit, and next to a Shell station for refueling. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked decent. I left before breakfast (which is served at 6 am) and made it home to MKE by 8:15 am.

The hotel was lovely and the service was impeccable. Our rooms were all upgraded at no extra cost. One of our guests was given a accessible room, which was perfect for her. Sheena, the general manager was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the woman working breakfast was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this BW.

As soon as I arrived in my room after check in, I found a dirty pair of underwear and top on the desk chair. I informed the front desk and they removed it for me. The lamp on the desk did not work. The room is outdated and the bathroom is even worse. The vent fan made a loud squealing sound when turned on. The bathtub was peeling and the shower handle was corroded. The bath towels shedded lint all over me. Besides the overall room condition, I was kept awake all night by constant jumping up and down from the upstairs room. If you are looking for a comforting night of peace and quiet, this not the place to book. Sorry, I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this place was very unsettling and I wish I would have known about these disturbances beforehand.

There were noisy people. I complained to the hotel staff and they were unable to resolve the issue. I got no rest after a long day of traveling.

Upon arrival before getting a room key I was charged an extra $50. for "incidentals". Refundable was what I was told. Ha, what a joke. I have yet to see that. I don't think I'll be staying at Best Western ever again. Is that their way of collecting full fare!! I'm still furious and had I not prepaid I would have left pronto .

Made reservation online. Called hotel to check on reservation and amenities. Was told had 2 person tub in room & pool. Checked in no tub for 2 and the pool is under construction. Never mentioned that upon check in, but gave me pool hours. Not satisfied at all.
