The bed was rock hard. Un-sleepable. The couch was not a sofa bed, as advertised. There was an empty packet of cigarettes shoved into the vent of the air conditioner & fell out when we turned it on. Could not switch rooms as there were no others available. I was unwell, so we did not even stay for the 2 nights we booked & paid for, just drove back home. Very disappointed. Will not book again.

Overpriced! extreme water hammer when turning the shower on. Welcome booklet stated property had Foxtel. Welcome booklet stated Dial 9 for reception, but no phone in the room. Called 3 times and manger called back,stating that the booklet hadn't been updated. Stained pillow cases, and food from previous visitor under the bed.

We stayed in room 12, and immediately as soon as you walked in the there was a smell of grease, once looking further you can see the kitchen exhaust fan has not been cleaned for a long time, needs to be updated throughout. There was also ceiling void dust coming down form the cornice, spider webs above air conditioner. The beds were extremily hard, perhaps 1960's matress. Would not stay again.

Sometime after our arrival we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen cupboard killed them and then went out to dinner. Upon our return and turning the light on the kitchen was crawling with cockroaches. We later found them in the bathroom vanity. The manager was apologetic and advised the outside had been sprayed a week ago and that he would contact the pest man to spray inside. The overall appearance was clean but the exhaust fans and light fittings needed cleaning

The need to wait for the office to open despite displayed hours was irritating. The manager Was very helpful with maps etc. good equipment in kitchen area. Quite uncomfortable single bed. Overall would stay again.

Basic but everything that you would need! Walked down to the Soldiers Club for dinner. Dipped our toes in the pool. There is only one way you can enter and exit the motel, which isn’t clear on Google maps but the round-about is just up ahead. Would stay again!

Good location, good size and clean, but light on the bedding for autumn cold nights and no bowls and plates

The room had lots of room to move around in. Toilet and shower was spacious as well. Location was great, could walk to where we had dinner.

Great location near water and clubs. Room needs a good dust as does fan in shower. On mentioning dust to reception next morning, owner gave many excuses.
