The staff were great. Easy to deal with. Only downfall is the bathrooms are so old there is a step to enter the shower. Definitely not suitable for elderly or people with a disability. When we suggested a room change due to my elderly MIL unable to shower they put the blame on us suggesting we should have asked for a different shower as if the standard customer would expect this type of super old shower still existed. The place definitely needs updating as most of the cabins are old and are falling apart but aside from that it was good.

Very convenient area. Our unit was nice but in dire need of a new couch. A little mold in shower area but staff said it would be looked after. Very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Beautiful golf course across the street. Good place for couples or kids.

You get what you pay for, and in this case, you're paying for fairly economical, no-frills family accommodation. I was in a Queenslander, and it was showing it's age. However, aside from a dodgy bathroom tap, it was perfectly serviceable for a family of 4. I would point out that the aircon works well in the main room, but on a hot day, the bedrooms (especially the bunk room) remain hot.

This property provides excellent value for money and was great for a family stay. Staff are all exceptionally accommodative and friendly. Very nice experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic location and all the amenities are so great for kids. Kids absolutely had a ball. We are coming back again next year July 2024. Great Customer service.

The Queenslander cabin we had was spacious, clean, good bed. Nice quite area with plenty of facilities for all the family. Close to the beach.

We had a family trip for 3 nights and this was a return visit for us. We love the location and facilities, even if the rain made it hard to use them this time. We were, however, somewhat disappointed with our accommodation. We had previously stayed in a Spinnaker and it was adequate, had what we needed and, we felt, was appropriately priced. This time we went for the Island View Villa, billed as 'luxurious' and we had high expectations. Sadly, we did not feel this title was particularly fitting. It seems all accommodation are cabin style, which is fine, but the types of doors all seem to have bit gaps in the middle of where they join and also underneath (which wasn't great in cold weather). The heating systems are old and noisy. We had a great deal of rain during our stay. In one of the rooms the external part of the heater was positioned in such a way that the rain dripped on the metal housing, which was incredibly loud when trying to sleep. One of the rooms had almost no storage for clothing. The fixtures are old and tired, one cupboard door was falling off its hinges. We have no issues with old, but, again, this would not be something we would attribute the label 'luxurious' to. Views were great, parking right beside the unit. Laundry facilities and dishwasher in the unit were good.

Lovely property with great views and friendly staff. A little dated in places but very well appointed. Great place to bring the family.

Property is run down and is in need of a total rehab throughout the villas. Stove is dangerous - burners would flicker & not come on & those that came on were delayed in shutoff, would not dare to try & use the oven. Villas were not very clean, pans are old with loose handles. First morning we woke up to a cockroach climbing down the wall, so we bought cockroach bait & found a dead one the next morning. Villas are not serviced unless you are there for more than a week, which we were, but our villa was not serviced on the date we were told it would be, had to go to the office to find out when it would be (2 days later). Staff were friendly, but the “resort” needs a complete rehab.
