巴特爾克里克萬怡飯店(Courtyard Battle Creek)

I travel to Battle Creek often and normally stay at another hotel. This trip they were booked, so went across the street to this hotel. GREAT stay!! I will always stay at this hotel now going forward. The staff is A and having a Starbucks in the lobby is an extra bonus!!!

Room was very nice and clean and everyone was very nice and helpful would definitely stay again if back in town

Room was nice. Beds could have been softer and needed to clean the shiwer head with vinger. It had a lot of build up which made it look nasty

I was greeted by a wonderful desk attendant who was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Lisa! The sofa in my room was a bit worn, yet still nice and comfortable. Overall, the property was very clean and my room was prepared well.

Everything from checkin to check out was smooth. The staff was friendly and I felt at home.

Very friendly staff, great customer service! Check in was quick, rooms were clean, miscommunication on times that the cafe was open but made a coffee drink for me (just after they shut things down). Saved me from having to venture out of the hotel, really appreciated that!

Elevator rattled, startling my wife. Employees sitting in the smoking section near the door eith their personal belongings, camped out smoking. Cigarette butts all over the ground. If employees hang out smoking all day, at least keep your area picked up. Elevator looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. Room had food crumbs on the couch and such from a previous guest.

The room we had originally reaked like cigarette smoke, we were then given a suite as the only available room which still smelled like smoke, but we sprayed room freshener to make it better as we had no other option. Throughout our stay, there were still hints of cigarette smoke, which seem to be coming through the ventilation. It was really disappointing for the amount of money we paid. The amenities at the hotel were nice, but our room situation was extremely disappointing.

The employees were friendly and helpful. I found the hotel and property clean and in a nice quiet location. The room would have been more comfortable with more lighting, hooks in the bathroom and bigger mirrors in the room. It is a nice hotel.
