The motel was in the process of being remodeled. It appeared to be a major project and everywhere except the rooms seemed to be work in progress. I do not remember being warned of this when making the reservation. Overall, however, this did not have a big impact on our stay. Our room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. I think it will be very nice when the remodeling is done. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We were not told of construction. A heads up would of been nice. Also, when i booked i was told one price and once checked out, charged 150 more and not given a eeason.

I had to be down in Vancouver for business and asked for a late check out, as I was in meetings. I got a call at noon asking if I was staying another night and that I was past the checkout time. I explained that when we checked in, we were going to have a late check out, they were not friendly and basically said we needed to be out.

Facility is good and we like the location. Front desk staff seemed harried and distracted at check-in and check-out. They told us we couldn't be credited with our IHG points because we'd booked through a third party. That hadn't been a problem in any of our prior stays at this same place.

Very dated, surprised this was a Holiday Inn. Beds creeked and fealt very worn. You cant wait at elevator and have people getting off at same time. Its in a very tight hall space. Ended up canceling 2nd night it just wasn't comfortable or worth the price. Sraff was very friendly on plus side.

My room was on the 2nd floor above the pool. Sounded like domestic violence for 2 hours. If you need sleep on a weekend, ask for a room higher or on opposite side of the building :)

Checking in set a bad tone. The desk clerk told me Immediately upon entering that I needed to wear a mask and that it was the only way she would check me in. I explained that I had just recovered from a bacterial lung infection from wearing masks too much and that I medically cannot. She kindly kept pushing, handing me a mask. It brought back PTSD from suffocation of a mask and the long road to recovery because of it. Again, she was polite but very adamant about it. I nor my fellow company travelers probably won’t stay at Holidqy Inn Express in the future because of this. There was a plexi glass barrier and SHE had a mask on. I cannot afford to catch ANY respiratory illness because of my sickness (non spreadable) and I felt that the safety measures taken were sufficient UNTIL she pushed her personal beliefs on me by demanding a mask. I even recited the Jan 11th release by the CDC stating that masks are ineffective...to no avail. Thank you for the many nights of lodging HIE but now that will change.

hotel was immaculate and all of the team were really friendly & helpful. Free breakfast was good although could have been better if there was changes every couple of days as ut stayed the same for 5 days.

There was only one issue of a broken toilet seat. I did not notice it until 2300 hours. the staff fixed it right away. The staff was great and very friendly. I will elect to stay there again.
