Club Level is a Rip off! Stayed at this "resort" February 3rd - 9th 2024. The Yacht Club Concierge and club level staff was NOT good at all. Multiple times on different occasions during our 6 night stay, the Concierge ignored any requests that we had, and the Service staff in the Club Level Lounge was sometimes polite, but no one wanted to work. They spent all of their time in a back room chatting, and not working. One of the service hostesses was actually nasty. She served the beverages at the lounge each afternoon with an attitude. My wife on multiple occasions asked for a glass of wine from the staff in the evening, and they said sure, but never returned to the lounge, and she received no service. Also, they keep all of the alcoholic beverages in the back room where they chat. Hmm. You have to ask for service, and they usually ignore your request. For the money you pay for this club level, they should be bending over backwards for you. It is just the opposite. Not all of the staff was bad, but none of them were what I would call above, and beyond. I will never pay for this service again! In fact, I have to rethink the whole Disney thing. The food was fair, the breakfast was probably the best offering, but like a typical hotel breakfast. I have had better at Best Western! Back to the Concierge, I asked for information on multiple occasions and on those occasions, they had no answers and said they would get back to me when they got the answers. NEVER HAPPENED!! Terrible. I really did not want to write a bad review on Trip Advisor. Disney forced my hand. I sent them numerous emails and calls, only to be blown off by Disney. No response on any of my communications. We have been back home over a week now, and no contact. Good luck to anyone who pays for this upgrade.

I was warned very clearly by the locals that "tourists are not ever welcome there." but the wife and kids liked the menu online, and we went. 6:00pm on a Friday, we got there and every table was taken. I tried time after-time to get a menu from anyone...waitresses, the dishwasher, the bartender. The VERY surely hostile bartender literally threw a menu at me. The four of us stood in the middle of the floor studying the menu. We all decided that the Fish Sandwich (to-go) was it. I tried numerous times to get the bartender to take our order. Having waisted 10-15 minutes with that, he barked at me to find a table and order from a waitress. We found the tiniest little cocktail table in a corner, and signaled the waitresses over and over again....no help from them. Just attitude!!! After 20+ minutes, I went to the bar and tole the bartender that "no waitress was responding to us." He demanded that we "leave my club." I tossed the menu back across the bar. He had 3 ***** follow us out into the parking lot. A TRULY HOSTILE AND DANGEROUS PLACE FOR TOURISTS!!!!!~

Huge disappointment. When we checked in and went to our room, we were shocked to see that it was not clean. It appeared that the beds and towels had been changed and trash emptied, but that was it. There was detritus all over the floor (crumbs, sand, dirt, and LOTS of dust bunnies). There was some white substance on the cabinet doors. The counters had also not been cleaned. The amount and size of the dust bunnies (especially under the beds) made us wonder when the room had last been fully swept. We went to the front desk and a very nice staffer apologized, offered us a $100 refund and said that housekeeping would call us in the room. We went back to the room and waited. After some time, a housekeeping manager called and was immediately antagonistic, insisting that her records showed that the room had been cleaned at 4:09pm, so therefore it WAS clean. We said that it was not cleaned at 4:09pm because we were in the room at that time awaiting this phone call. She repeated the room was clean and essentially accused us of lying. We then asked her to come to the room to see for herself. She refused. We again said the room needed to be cleaned. She snapped that they would get to it when they could, but that we had to leave the room. So we were basically kicked out of our room. We returned at 7pm and the room was still dirty. We went back to the front desk and asked for a manager. She apologized and said she would make sure the room would be cleaned but could not tell us a time. We pointed out that we had a toddler with us whose bedtime was 8pm as we booked this hotel for its access to Epcot for early entry, so she needed to get to sleep. Manager said it would be done by 8pm. At 8pm, the room was finally clean -- at least 5 hours after checking in. We discovered the next day, that we had also not been given the full array of toiletries, so the housekeeping failure on the first day was not just a matter of failure to clean surfaces. Also note that the room did not include a tub, just a walk in shower. Although this is a deluxe resort, you only get a refrigerator if you are in a suite. The beverage cooler in room means you have to get ice for the refrigerator to keep dairy products cold -- hardly a deluxe attribute. The food court and gift shop are tiny. If you just want a pastry or a drink, you will be fine. The shared pool with the Beach Club is quite desirable. The positives : close and walkable proximity to Epcot. Larger room. I want to note that my daughter is a former Cast Member and I am a retired event planner. As such, we treat hospitality staff with respect and politeness. We have been visiting Disney for over 20 years and have never had any problems. We were shocked that the first time we did, 1. It was at a deluxe resort. 2. By the the antagonistic attitude of the housekeeping manager, and 3. The ridiculous amount of time it took to get the very basic attribute of a hotel room -- cleanliness. If you want to be overcharged, surprised billed while being, land locked on a Disney property without adequate non-Disney food choices more than 20 minutes away, please stay at one of their resorts. I did call their billing customer service and the representative was as helpful as she could be and could not resolve my concern. I will not return to this establishment in the future.

No water in the room, no room service and a 12min walk to the room. Basic facilities with zero care given to warn you of what your room lacks. $500 4 years ago would get you a 5 star St Regis and now you get a shack with no service. The staff smile and just hope you have low expectations.

The Yacht club was such a great resort to stay at. Perfect if you plan to visit Epcot because it's walking distance and there is a boat just outside the hotel. Keep in mind this is access to the BACK entrance of Epcot (The front and back do not connect outside of the park). The boat gives you access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It also takes you to and from the Beach club and The Swan and Dolphin. There are busses out front of the hotel that are quick drives to Disney Springs and the other parks. The hotel was lovely! We noticed not a huge overflow of children which was nice for two adults. There is a smaller hidden pool we often visited to stay away from crowds and kids when we needed some time to relax. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and a nice balcony. The only thing I thought was weird was the TV in the room did not have Disney+ but instead had some Disney shows streaming live. I assume all resorts in Disney are the same. This wasn't a deal breaker as we rarely used the TV but I assumed for the price and where we are that they would try to promote the service or give guests a peak if they weren't already subscribed. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. For other parks like Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom I would likely stay at resorts closer to one of those. We only visited 2 parks - Epcot and Hollywood Studios so Yacht Club (or any Resort in the circle) was perfect.

I genuinely can't express how amazing Disney is, we had an issue onsite and the staff have been amazing in particular Mike and Ana!! We didn't expect even half of what we got pixie dusted with. I won't go into detail but we had an issue with our room, Disney went out of their way for us, upgraded us to a suite for the duration of our stay, among a whole other lot of pixie dust. Because of how our situation was handled I'll forever sing this resorts and it's cast members praises for helping us as much as they have and making our trip as magical as they can. I can only imagine some of the stick they can get from guests sometimes for situations out of their control, whilst I understand that this is an expensive trip, cast members will always go out of their way to help you, just be polite to them, it goes an incredibly long way. It costs nothing to have manners, they work incredibly hard to make everything magical.

Wonderful stay as s family if 5. We booked a resort view room but had an angled view of the marina and a view of the gazebo. Quiet, peaceful hotel with some active spots around dining and the pool. The pool is amazing and while we preferred the larger room size of the Grand Floridian rooms we’d return here to stay because of the decor and the pools and the convenience to Epcot. For us it was about a 7 minute walk. We also took the boat a few times which was about 15 minutes total. Cape May has excellent breakfast food for a buffet. We also tried the breakfast buffet at Crystal Palace in MK and the food quality was nowhere near as good. Ale & Compass was also good.
