Nice hotel,the only part is they don’t have toothpaste 😂😂

It was not wat it once was but it wasn’t to bad

Water was all over the floor in hallway, it was terrible, everyday water was flooding the hallway, Front desk lady was nice , professional and courteous!

I was slips and falling do to staff negligence. Map the floor without ni signs of floor was wet.

When I got here there was no reservation in their system I had to book it at the hotel

The facility is clearly being remodeled, which is great, but it came with the usual side effects of a remodel. No one was at the desk when we arrived, and we had to wait quite a bit before anyone noticed, so maybe a bell or something would be good.

Everything was great except we were not able to get TV for the night. After acquiring 3 remotes from the front desk, we still were not able to access TV. There was no IT person, so we were without TVfor our stay. Other than that , I’d come back. Lady at the desk was lovely, personable and helpful.

Did not have a cart to bring luaggage in. Attendant said it was probably left in a room. I am disabled and is difficult to carry heavy things for a distance.

Add arch de this was on the pictures of the Internet when I was doing the reservation it showed a completely different type of a hotel than what we got. Secondly, the hotel had been damaged in hurricane Ida over two years ago, and the hotel was not even close to repaired, the hotel did not have a swimming pool that you can swim in the swimming pool was green, the exercise room was awful, and was not available to anybody. The hotel is self the first room they put us in did not have a TV that worked. That was room 317, then they put us in the room 315 and that TV only got one channel. The only thing that worked on the remote was the volume and it was just kind of a overall bad experience with this.
