西博福特麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beaufort West, SC)

Al entrar se siente mal olor de las alfombras y mal olor en las picsinas Dentro de los cuartos la limpieza es exelente y el personal muy amable Tambien tuvimos desayuno y fue exelente... Por favor mejoren el servicio de limpieza profunda en la alfombras prinsipales y unas neveras dañadas hechando agua y el mal olor en la picsina, mis hijos querian disfrutar en la picsina y no se pudo por el fuerte mal olor que se expandia

Buena ubicación pero servicio de empleados en recepción descortés, la piscina fuera de servicio y nunca hubo desayuno disponible, ni café en lobby

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was overall clean and comfortable.

Bed bugs, no breakfast, clerk said she was giving us the managers number but gave us the front desk number.

The one bedroom suite was an excellent room with a great price, great comfort and a great location, With exception to MCAS, Country Inn will be my go to during future visits to Beaufort. Oh Yeah Another big plus was their full breakfast.

Third stay here and very happy to see the pool open! Last two times it was closed out whole stays. Got a suite this time and we loved it! What we didn’t like is the early, and I mean early, noise from other guests.

I would not stay at this property again! The staff was horrible-not courteous or helpful. I asked for another bath towel for my room and was told no. The lady told me they didn’t have any more towels because people take them and they don’t have sufficient laundry service. Both the towels and sheets were stained in multiple places. I do not recommend this property!

Selected this location, just had a hip replacement and needed the heated indoor pool to work out…… Checked in and was informed the pool was out of order!!!!!! Left Sunday, go down for breakfast, someone called out of work so they didn’t have breakfast!!!! Additionally, this is the ONLY Country Inn and Suites that does NOT have cookies in the front reception area! Total disappoin**ent, this hotel needs work, and a staff that actually cares about the guests. I was not even offered anything to make up for the inconveniences. The staff acted like “oh well, it’s no big deal” Totally unacceptable.

Overall good experience . Nice room : clean , comfortable Lobby is bit outdated . Long waiting time for check-up
