貝德福德天鵝賓館(Bedford Swan Hotel)

We loved our stay here! It’s a very well designed hotel, with a special history and lots of unique touches throughout. Our room overlooked the river, and had all the usual things you expect from a nice hotel plus some excellent artworks. The only thing to note is that even though this is a spa hotel, the spa isn’t included in the hotel rate- we hadn’t realised that that needed to be booked separately. There were no issues fitting us in though!

Lovely hotel it great location. Stains and hair on bed when we came into our room and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We was also questioned into paying there for our room when it was already paid for. Don’t expect this with the price you pay to stay here.

Rooms look slightly outdated but overall ok

The Bedford Swan is a truly beautiful Hotel, situated in a stunning location along the river. Handy for the town centre, with some really nice bars a couple of minutes walk. Unfortunately our stay was over a weekend when there was a wedding on. Food was average, and service was slow, the steak I ordered was a little on the tough side to say the least, there was great confusion when trying to pay the table bill and breakfast was a buffet style (not my favourite).Not sure we’ll be staying again. Not keen on the Self check-in machine.

Clean and bed is comfortable, but reception not always staffed (although stafff are friendly) and sound proofing is poor. House keeping also tried to enter our room in the morning of check out day when we were asleep, instead of waiting a couple hours later till we have checked out, so some internal system wasn't working...

Hotel was lovely but the lack of parking spaces or nearby parking was a difficult. Breakfast style was basic and notvreally in keeping with the hotel. Disappointed to find you had to pay to use the spa.

The value is really good. Beautiful rooms, lots of tea/ coffee/milk in room and biscuits. Can’t fault. Parking really good.
