菲什基爾萬豪萬怡飯店(Courtyard Fishkill)

We arrived at the hotel and were informed the hotel was over booked. We were part of a group there and our children missed out on team meeting and review. We were moved to a best western down the street that did not compare to this hotel. Very sad and I have no idea how something like this could happen.

Loud fighting in room two doors away, overnight staff/employee who did nothing to quiet the individuals fighting. He acted as if I were bothering him when I contacted the front desk at 3AM to complain about the noise.

The toilets in this hotel flush very poorly. Also we stayed two nights and maid service did not come in or resupply us after our first night. Our garbage was overflowing

I have stayed at other Courtyard By Marriot hotels. Beds were ok. Clean overall . Lights was not working in some areas. Decent.

Very old building, rooms cold had to turn the heat to 80 and above to get warm. Hallways dark and cold. They charge $30.00 for breakfast... cracker barrel across the street is much cheaper... and so is the diner. Why would I eat at the hotel. For the room price breakfast should be free. Like most hotels.

I stay here often when I come down to do stuff with my horse as he is local to this hotel and I always stay here the staff is friendly the rooms are great they just upgraded all the TVs to a larger size it's always quiet there are literally 30 food places to choose from within less then a mile radius. Just an iverall great choice.

Everything was amazing except the netflix or YouTube wasent able to work in my room...overall its a 5 stars for me! excellent staff! excellent booking...Tyler was really good with fulfilling his half on getting me the balcony there....AMAZING WORK !

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in giving information about nearby bars and restaurants.
