Well when I checked in to the Extended Stay at 25 Merritt Blvd in Fishkill NY, the guy behind the desk seemed like he had an attitude, he tried to charge me per night, when I had already told him that I was checking in and that I already had reservations, I showed him my phone with my reservation details, it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing honestly, then he asked if I had a pet and was it a service animal, I told him yes I have a cat 😺 and no not a service animal, then he tried to charge me for my pet, I told him that the other hotel, same name, didn't charge me, then finally he gave me my room key 🗝️, I go to the room and the room is already occupied, so I go back downstairs and tell him he gave me keys to an occupied room and he said oh sorry 😔, I was really upset already, so he finally gives me the right key to the room, this took like almost 30 minutes to check into my room, honestly I was really upset and it shouldn't have happened to begin with
