Great hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety.

The hotel was amazing. Great location and amenities. Super clean and with a great team.

The cleanliness of this hotel was some what shocking. The pillows were not clean. There was a sick mark on the carpet next to the bed that had not been cleaned. The floor had several items on it namely, ear buds, leaflets and small change for example. There was a stain on the side of the bed which looks disgusting and like bodily fluid which had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was mold/ dirt on the ceiling of the bathroom. The air condition did not work proper. For the price of the deluxe double room we paid for this definitely was not worth the price.

Great location. Large hotel with good facilities. Room service limited but available. Some issues with shower and bedding did not smell great; ended up reversing it so there would not be any odor. But, window opened and as weather was wonderful, this was a great addition!
