Everything was fine! The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, comfortable and cozy hotel! Breakfast is good enough, and some small changes every day make it better. All you need in Belgrade is not far from this hotel! Ideal place if you like small boutique hotels.

Loved this hotel - the rooms are lovely and the bed super-comfortable. Great tv with all sorts of streaming apps set up, and good breakfast with an eggs a la carte menu apart from the buffet, but as others have said the absolutely strongest point of this hotel is its staff. Everyone is not only extremely friendly but also go out of their way to help in any way. We had a delay on arrival and the hotel kept in constant touch with us for updates and to make sure we had our transport all set up. Likewise every other request we made, was accommodated with a smile and beyond the call of duty. And their restaurant recommendations are spot-on! Location is perfect. I would highly recommend Townhouse 27 to anyone staying in Belgrade for a few days.

Alrhough at first glance, in terms of decor, the hotel is not very impressive (the lobby area is modest and doesn’t stand out, I believe that the absolute strength of this establishment are its people and their purely hospitality-oriented attitude. Also, the room we stayed in was very spacious (55sqm in size, which is like a one-bedroom apartment), it had everything one could wish for: 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub / jacuzzi) and the other with a shower, 2 closets, very practically designed and well-thought-out, 2 tv’s, a seating area, a chest of drawers and vanity mirror, a bar with n espresso machine, kettle and bottles of water (complimentary), an office area, all amenities (rituals) offered, a weighing scale, magnifying mirror, etc. Every day, we would find a little surprise in the room, such as cakes, fruits, nuts and dried cranberries / apricots, breakfast was catering to most tastes (they even had vegan / gluten free options, as well as soya milk). The energy of the place was very relaxed and pleasant, the staff was smiling, friendly, caring, helpful, accommodating. Special thanks to Angelija and Kristina, but really everyone was absolutely great, and the gentleman at the cafeteria! We’ve had an excellent stay and are very grateful! Thank you guys, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was most comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was equally copious and catered to a very wide range of tastes. But the highlight was the quality of the staff, extremely welcoming, smiling, helpful and generous at all times. Add to this its prime central location, it's definitely the stopover hotel in Belgrade whether business or holiday.

Townhouse is in a great location. A better area of Belgrade as others have said. But, last time I stayed in Belgrade I was at the Hilton which was not as good area and not nearly as great as Townhouse. My room was fabulous, comfy bed, loads of bedding and bathroom with tub and bidet (unusual in Belgrade). Crucially there are windows to open so you re not stuck with recycled air and awful aircon/heating. The breakfast is excellent. I had room service one night and whilst the menu is limited is is a really good quality and reasonable. The mini bar is stocked, reasonable prices. For me, the smaller number of rooms meant that the service was superb. Nothing is too much, they arranged taxi, gluten free breakfast, room service was quick, and the room was made up in the mornings on time. The front desk, catering and concierge are top drawer. I really felt at home and taken care of every minute. I am a huge fan.
