貝塔尼亞別墅飯店(Hotel Betania)

Location very good. Room size ok. Cleanliness good. It was a bit tired. Needs refurbishment. Could be a fantastic place. Our patio door wouldn't lock which would have been a concern if we stayed longer than the one night we did stay. Shower head bracket useless.

This hotel is spot on for the money. Remember it’s 2 star It’s clean and friendly

Por error hice una reserva no reembolsable en caso de cancelación en este hotel a traves de Booking. Me encontraba en otra provincia y ciudad, por lo que era imposible desplazarme. Llame al hotel y a booking para intentar solucionar el problema; la primera vez el empleado de recepción me dijo que eso debía gestionarlo con Booking y así lo hice. No me pusieron ningún problema para la devolución del importe por su parte. Enviaron un email al hotel solicitando que me fuera devuelto el importe dadas las circunstancias y que se trataba de un error, el hotel se nego y su respuesta fue que “Lamentándolo mucho al ser una tarifa no reembolsable es imposible hacer una devolución.” Viendo el estado de vuestro hotel y las reseñas de clientes, entiendo que os hayáis negado, debe ser que no va nadie. Os debería de dar vergüenza adueñaros del dinero de una persona que ha cometido un error.

Cubre mis necesidades, y eso es suficiente. Tiene aire acondicionado, tele, teléfono, ventilador, y plato ducha con bidet. Para mí está bien y es el más económico, la ubicación es buena. La cama está bien, echó en falta pastilla de jabón, y más mantas. Por lo demás es mejor que mi casa

This hotel is advertised as 2 star and that's what it is. I've seen reviews complaining about it but it doesn't pretend to anything it isn't. It's basic. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it is perfectly situated for all the local bars and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach. It's cheap and you get what you pay for

Todos sabemos lo que significa una tarifa no reembolsable, pero cuando te cancelan el evento al que vas a asistir, lo comunicas sin solicitar en ningún momento la devolución del importe y te atiende un personaje al teléfono con esos aires cuando lo único q pides es la evaluación de una fecha abierta a futuro. Obviaré sus indicaciones, jamás me puso en contacto con la directiva, estos son los empleados que dejan mal nuestro gremio con dedicación al turismo.

First of all this hotel is a two star hotel. No there is no Aircon in the room. However, the bed is comfortable. The rooms are ensuite and it’s well located for anywhere that you want to go and things you want to do within the town anybody’s complaining about this Hotel really is just tightfisted. It is ideal for the money you pay if you want better quality and there is much better hotels within the town where you could stay. I really enjoyed staying here the staff are friendly and for the money is spot-on. I have no problem, staying here again.

I guess for the price and being 2* I shouldn’t complain but yeah, avoid this place. Entered the room to no aircon and 38° heat, just a ceiling fan and fan plonked on a chair making a lot of noise. Room was very dark when I entered as the shutter was down, when I opened it I was greeted by a lady smoking on a shared balcony which you access by climbing through the window. The bathroom was abysmal, a bright green dirty shower curtain and tiniest shower basin. The bathroom floor had quite a bit of hair that wasn’t mine but the rest of the room was clean. Bed was made daily but the floor wasn’t cleaned. When returning in the evenings there are no lights so I was walking to my room using my phone light. Even though it was super cheap it’s overpriced, not worth more than 10£ a night.

Ao chegar na recepção, o odor de urina estava insuportável. O odor permaneceu pelas 6 noites que lá estivemos! Ao chegarmos no quarto, havia areia na cama e o chão não havia sido limpo (além de areia, poeira nos cantos, ciscos e fios de cabelo, havia LIXO, sachês vazios de sabonete jogados ao chão). Mesmo colocando a solicitação de limpeza pendurada à porta do lado de fora, não faziam a limpeza (entravam apenas para retirar o lixo - e houveram dias que nem retirar o lixo retiraram!!) O box de duche era de péssima qualidade, todo velho e encardido. A cortina de duche nem sequer dava conta de evitar que a água saísse do cubículo. Não havia bancadas no banheiro. Faltou bancadas de apoio no quarto também. Havia apenas uma cadeira, sendo que era um quarto duplo. Foi mesmo péssimo. A única coisa boa era a localização: próximo à praia, restaurantes e mercado.
