Beautiful new space! Rooms were okay. Shower and bathroom was a bit grimy and the comforter on the king bed had a few mystery stains that looked fresh. Beds were EXTREMELY hard. That was disappointing. Pool area was okay, the sides had quite a buildup of grime for a new hotel. Would maybe stay again. But the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming

Everything from before check in to check out was great! Requested an earlier check in and they immediately made that adjus**ent for me. The staff at check in was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend a stay there and I will be booking there again.

Check in was at 4. I got there at 3 and asked if my room was ready. Yes it was….but they charged me $20 to check in early. I have never been charged to check in early…especially of my room was ready. Room was semi clean. Water was still in the coffee maker. Nothing for the coffee. Breakfast area was not functional. Not a great stay. Won’t come back.

The hotel looks nice, but I ended up with over 20 bed bug bites which was not nice. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing as the food was cold and unappetizing. We liked the little pub but server seemed a bit overwhelmed with having to cook and serve drinks.

They are only considered pet friendly if you don’t count cats as pets. We were turned away after 20 hours of driving and having our reservation for days because they don’t allow cats despite advertising as “pet friendly.” You have to read reeeaaaalllly deep into the fine print to find any notes about them being dogs only, and it’s only mentioned briefly in one place. The staff was incredibly unhelpful when we got there and discovered this, literally sat down in the lobby and cried and the staff was cold and unhelpful. They didn’t even recommend where else to go or apologize, they were just defensive. They also told us they could maybe have the manager refund us tomorrow, but we couldn’t stay, so we may be out for multiple nights at a hotel that turned us away. If you are going to have such a restrictive pet policy you need to make this VERY CLEAR, not a random side note at the bottom of a very long page am inst other details. You easily could send out an auto email about it post booking so people don’t show up shocked. Would never stay here. If they refund me, I will update my review to reflect that.

La chambre est magnifique, supers équipements, télévision, cheminée, salle de bain ultra moderne, très belle piscine avec jacuzzi. Meilleure literie de tout notre séjour Seul bémol: la chambre n'est pas faite systématiquement, c'est sur demande et quand on demande: ce n'est pas possible.

Upon arrival the desk staff ignored us and we had to use the "virtual receptionist" or whatever it is called to check in, pretty much the most aggravating experience ever. If I ever see one of those check-in kiosks in a hotel again I will turn around and stay somewhere else.

Newer building, but very, very noisy. We could hear people opening and closing their sliding closet and bathroom doors all night long. The in-wall/in-window heater is a throwback to 1970s motels-- extremely loud. Worst part about our stay was finding out that they only have one EV charger, it was frequently in use, and you had to pay a separate fee to use it. The hotel did NOT disclose that in their listing (they made it sound like they had free Tesla Destination Charging, which they don't). This may sound like nitpicking, but when your care needs a charge after a four-hour drive, arriving at the hotel to find out they essentially lied is very disappointing.
