Element Bend

We drove from California to Bend got to hotel around 6pm. And come to find out that I made the reservation for the following Friday. I asked the front desk if they could help us out, he was more concerned about the employees getting their pay check than about us. Then he said there was nothing he could do. (Great customer service) lol. I told him that we just drove over 6 hours and we still needed a room. Again he said that there was nothing he could do. So we drove all the way back to California. Thanks for nothing. Poor customer service!

Very clean room, love the modern vibe of the hotel. Some staff were young and not super friendly bit I think it’s due to inexperience? Several other staff were very friendly. Not sure why but did not get room did not get serviced but once out of the four full days I was there and I had to ask for towels in between. Otherwise morning eats were just okay- coffee was good! Overall would stay again.

We enjoyed staying at Element Bend. This was a 2 night trip whilst exploring Oregon. The location is good for visiting Downtown Bend. The room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Very handy to have free parking too. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The room was spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the work out room and pool. The location was convenient to downtown and a reasonable drive to Mount Bachelor.

My husband and I love returning to Element Bend each time we visit the area as it is always so welcoming and has great amenities. From great, convenient, and healthy breakfast choices to the multitude of exercise options (darn good gym, pool (& hot tub), and loaner bikes. Oh, and a complimentary happy hour. And, of course, super friendly staff which is the cherry on top. Many thanks to the Element for a great home away from home!

We loved everything about our stay at this property except for the breakfast options. It is definitely not kid friendly as far as breakfast options. Not to mention most of the meal items were completely out and not refilled often. Could really use some waffle/pancake options for kids along with scrambled eggs and bacon. Other than that our stay was excellent.

The location is great, and the a**osphere and decor demonstrate a commi**ent to cleanliness and modernity. We had a room with a king bed and a small TV area with a pull-out bed. Do not opt for this until they've upgraded their pull-out mattresses; even if you're the son of Gumby the mattress/metal bar combination will ensure your back is bent several directions the next morning. Fitness center is better than average for hotels, and has decent equipment for strength and cardio. At breakfast they'll pretend a single egg white is enough to sustain an athlete, so bring your own protein.

Th staff is amazing the rooms are nice and big the breakfast is amazing as well and that’s super unusual for a hotel. The property next to really nice trail along the riven right in front of it and 3 blocks away from downtown. Electric charging was nice and easy

Staff was super friendly and helpful all the way from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Convenient location to downtown, river trail, and highway access. Yummy breakfast, well appointed room, bikes for loan, ample parking. Park just across the street.
