I booked a high floor room, as advertised in the booking section but when I checked in they gave me a room on the first floor! Only after I complained and showed them my booking, they put me on the third floor. When I arrived the security guard showed me the wrong entrance. The hotel itself is not bad though.

This was really great. The breakfast was also great however please reduce the salt on your food. And the meat be taken out the oven so that it doesn’t dry out. The rest of the hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Also please change the feather cushions. They looked rather old

Couple trip, we had an amazing stay. Definitely coming back for another trip in this hotel. The staff from the gate to the inside hotel, amazing service. Very nice and professional. The place Is a top notch very beautiful, I love it. The prices are affordable. It is safe, you can park your car. The rooms are gorgeous. We loved everything about the Hotel.

Our one week stay was great and will surely recommend this hotel.Spacious rooms, very clean. Amazing ocean view of the harbour Friendly and helpful staff. going out of there way to assist us. The beakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff was very accomodating

I had a lovely stay during this weekend. From check-in to check out, the staff were friendly & attentive. The Spa is exceptional. My room was lovely with a huge balcony. The food needs to be improved on & sometimes the lift can take some time to reach you. The bar has limited options. It is best to carry your own alcohol. I will definitely revisit soon.

The carpet is old & smelly and the cockroaches are running wild there.The hotel needs to be renovated. The place has had its days, but the waitresses and recption staff are friendly. They had very nice curry though.

Best hotels in Durban. Excellent service all round and most friendly staff. Enjoyed every minute of our stay right from check in to check out. Highly recommend. Just needs a little more options on the breakfast menu
