房間很乾凈，有微波爐冰箱，住的很舒服。但服務員態度不好，不過價格低，也就忍忍了。

房間小點，但是還比較舒適，停車方便，離伯克利大學校園較近，服務不敢恭維，訂單上有送兩個早餐，問前台早餐時間還被前台****嘲諷：“這個價格哪來的早餐，就是有也是一點簡單的點心，你也不想要，要吃早餐就定假日酒店就好了，衹為早餐盯那麼貴的也不值！”，寫的有早餐有沒有，還説風涼話，確實感覺不好。

This place is great! The charming exterior is complimented by lovely modern and stylish interiors. Its close to public transit, shops, restaurants etc and they have parking and wifi! Staff was super nice and helpful. There's even a cool thrift store across the street, what more could you want for these very reasonable prices

I traveled from Iowa to California, and I stayed in many hotels during the trip. Mostly super 8, but super 8 in Berkley was outstanding. Deserve for 5 stars of many high standards hotels. It was very clean, and I did not have to use air-condition. The room was cool. The front desk manager was very nice and he even make me a lower price for the stay. I stayed 2 days. I had a problem with my internet, and I was provided with tech support, and the problem was fixed. My tv did not work, and the manager come in and fix it right away. Very good hotel, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you Super 8 in Berkley!

Rooms are adequate in terms of cleanliness however the staff at front desk is rude/entitled and not really available. be sure to check in before late hours to avoid a long wait to get into your room and make sure you have all the toiletries because they only are able to provide extra during certain hours of the daytime.

Overall upgrades for all aspects. The breakfast selection consisted of only 1 item. The room had an exposed outlet and a faulty bathroom light/fan switch. there was no housekeeping after our 1st night stay. The insulation between the 1st floor rooms nd the 2nd floor rooms was non existing. very noisy.
